Epilogue

Liam looks dashing with his three piece suit, he was there, waiting patiently for me and I saw his tears that he kept on wiping with his handkerchief. He was smiling and mouthed me I love you that made me smile.

He gave me a look like it was telling me that I am the most beautiful woman he'd ever seen in his life and I felt his love from the way he look at me.

"You look beautiful hija. I'm sure your parents are happy as well as Esmeralda." Napatingin ako sa taong katabi ko na kasabay kong lumalakad papunta sa asawa ko.

I smiled at lolo Basty.

"Thank you lolo, for everything." I said and he nodded and smiled at me.

When we reached the end, where my husband was standing, lolo Basty gave my hand to Liam gently. He kissed my cheeks and tap Liam's shoulder telling him to take care of me, to take care of each other, as he went to his seat.

"You look beautiful hon." He whispered that made me smile.

"Ang gwapo mo din." Sabi ko na ikinangiti na lang nya.

The whole wedding was magical, it was peaceful and solemn, just like how a wedding should be. When it was time to exchange our rings, Gabby went near us and I sat a little so he can kiss us both in our cheeks.

He looks cute in his suit that was made exactly like what Liam was wearing.

Liam kissed me once more and I responded with the same intensity. His kisses were telling me that he loves me and that he'll love me more for each and every passing day.

Napapikit ako at napangiti, not minding the cheers of our guests.

"Mom! Wake up!" Napamulat ako ng mata when I felt someone tugging my shirt.

Agad akong napapikit ng tumama ang sinag ng araw sa mukha ko na pumapasok mula sa bintana.

Doon ko nakita si Gabby na nakabihis na para sa pagpasok.

"Mommy, daddy's waiting for you downstairs. We'll be late for the school play." Angal nito kaya natawa na ako.

"Okay, okay, geez. Sorry. I'll just fix myself and tell your dad I'm coming." Sabi ko at agad niligpit ang pinaghigaan saka tumalon-talon para tuluyang magising ang diwa ko saka ako naligo.

Habang nagshashampoo, hindi ko maiwasang hindi mapangiti. Napanaginipan ko na naman ang naging kasal namin ni Liam. It was one of the best days in my life and I can even remember every single detail about it.

Liam being the sweet guy he is, he proposed to me again after we finally healed ourselves. We decided to get married the same day as when I went to his office to sign a marriage contract, para hindi na rin kami malito sa wedding anniversary namin.

Eight years have passed and I am now thirty-two, Gabby's now fourteen years old and already in highschool.

Nang maalala ko kung anong meron ngayon ay dali-dali akong nagbanlaw at binilisan ang paliligo. Saka ako kumuha na lang ng dress na nahigit ko sa closet namin at mabilisang pinatuyo ang buhok saka naglagay ng polbo at liptint, and done!
