Roman was dressed exactly like you would expect him to be for the job he was about to do. Minus the (spray-painted) black crown perched on his head, it stood out like a soar thumb against the rest of his outfit.
It was all black, yet still incredibly fashionable. (And slightly impractical.)
Dark eye-shadow had been applied under his eyes, just so that he knew his outfit would go with it when it appeared on him as he entered Anxiety's room, a gloved hand reaching out and turning the handle.
Nothing had changed, good, that made things much easier.
He looked around the room as if he was in some James Bond spoof, the coast was clear. He slowly approached his target, looking out of the corner of his eye just in-case the person that lived in that room decided to turn up.
Roman slowly reached out his hand and took one of the Nightmare Before Christmas posters off the wall. He heard a faint sound of disgust coming from behind him and he turned around, looking like a deer in the headlights once he saw where the sound came from.
Anxiety Virgil Sanders was standing behind him.
"What are you doing here?" He asked and Roman froze. Again.
"What are you doing here?" Prince parroted.
"This is my room..." Virgil said, like Roman was an idiot - and honestly he felt like an idiot at that exact moment of time.
"And these are now my 'sick nasty Tim Burton posters'" Roman said dumbly, digging himself a deeper hole.
"No, they aren't," Virgil said, slightly confused at the way Prince was acting, "and it isn't very Prince-like to steal."
".... I'm not stealing."
"Yes you are, now put them back."
"Or what?"
"I'll tell dad."
"You wouldn't dare!" Prince yelled with a gasped.
Virgil merely smirked, "Try me."
"You wouldn't...."
"Da-"
"Okay, okay, I'm putting them back. See?"
"Good."
"Why are you awake?"
"What?"
"Why are you awake? It's late?"
"It's one pm, Princey... and I'm always up late anyway."
"But.... but it's dark!"
"You're wearing sunglasses, you moron."
"Oh. Well bye, don't tell dad, see ya later Edgy McMyChemicalRomance!" Roman yelled as he left the anxious traits room.
He would get those posters, he vowed as he removed his black outfit and replaced it with his royal attire.
One day.
