Anxiety was not having a good day. It was far to bright, the others far to happy and nothing seemed to go right. He was stuck looking over and analysing everything that went wrong, including a botched attempt at social interaction - which he hated with a passion, both botched and normal social interaction that is.
So, Anxiety was not having a good day and having his phone stolen, even if it was just jokingly, did now help.
"Just ask nicely," Prince said as he waved the phone above Anxiety's head, and the personality could feel his chest get tighter.
"Give it back," he demanded as his breathing came in ragged gasps and tears pooled in his eyes. He, naturally, tried to hide that from the arrogant moron that held his phone ever so slightly out of reach.
Prince was more observant than the others gave him credit for, and he noticed that he was upsetting the other as soon as the tears had formed and his breathing became slightly irregular. He immediately put the earphones that where dangling from the phone into Virgil's ears and unlocked the anxious mans phone before clicking on a playlist labelled 'for Anxiety Attacks'. After putting to music on he grabbed his boyfriends hand and started rubbing circles on it with his thumb, remembering how Virgil had told him that it helped him calm down.
"Thanks," Anxiety breathed out after just sitting there silently for about ten minutes. He gave Prince a grateful smile before pulling one of the ear-buds out.
"It was not a problem, and I am truly sorry," Prince said after realizing that his boyfriend could hear him again.
"For what?"
"I shouldn't have taken your phone," Prince said sadly as he looked anywhere but in his boyfriends eyes.
"It's fine you moron," Virgil said before pulling Roman onto him with heir joined hands, "now cuddle me."
(Roman of course complied, Anxiety was the best cuddler after all.)
