Chapter 6

I went back to work, some days were slower than others. Most kids went home for the summer or went on a vacation. Once my shift was over, I got in my car and drove home to take a bath.

"I don't know why I'm still working there dad! Maybe I should just quit and get a job near campus"

"If that's what you want sweetie"

"I feel like I'm not getting enough money and it's not like it's always busy!"

"Then quit if you want to quit Kat"

I sighed "I think I will, thanks for this dad"

"Of course, love you"

"Love you too"

I put my pajamas on as I made lunch as I caught up with Pretty Little Liars. My phone rang and I picked up then paused the show.

"Hello?"

"Hey Katherine"

"Harry! Hi" I smiled "what are you up to?"

"Nothing, I want to see if I could come over"

"Oh well um I'm already in my pajamas..." I mumbled.

"How about I come in mine then?"

I laughed "yeah sure, so I'll see you in a little bit?"

"Yeah"

I hung up and went to fix my apartment a little bit as I went back to the show. When Harry texted me, he was downstairs, I unlocked the front door.

"Hey" he came in and locked up.

"Hi!" I got up and went around to hug him "let me give you the short tour of my place"

"I would love that"

I gave him the tour of the apartment "it's nice, how do you like it?"

"I love it because it's big without being too big you know?"

"Yeah I get that"

We sat down on the couch as I exited out of Pretty Little Liars "so how've you been?" I asked him.

"Good good, just relaxing and rehearsing before tour"

"Right, you must be excited for that"

"Oh yeah I am, I'm excited to do like small venues"

I smiled "I think on the next tour, you should do bigger venues so more of your fans can see you"

"Yeah I think that's a good idea, how's work?" He asked me.

"I am actually thinking of quitting and getting another job"

"Wow really?"

"Yeah it's just working at Dunkin' Donuts where all the students live, it isn't getting a lot of customers and it's boring sometimes especially since everyone is like home for the summer"

"Yeah so you really going to quit?"

"Yeah" I sighed "tomorrow, you know eventually people are going to find out about us"

"I know and we both have to be ready" he tells me.

"Harry, I hate to be one of those girls but what are we?" I asked him "we've had like three dates and we always have a good time together"

"Well I think we're dating"

"So we are dating?"

"Yeah, unless this isn't something you want"

"No it is" I nodded "I like
being with you"

"And I like being with you" he smiled as he leaned in.

He placed his hand on my neck and I thought he was going to choke me while kissing me. But he moved his hand up to my face, as my lips pressed against his. We both were smiling as we pulled away. I leaned against him as I searched for something for us to watch.

"Should I just put The Office on?" I asked him.

"Yeah sure"

I put the office on where we left off. He wrapped his arm around me as I had my back to him. I was happy and comfortable with Harry. I just hope he felt the same with me.

"You okay?" He asked me as I felt him glanced at me.

"Yeah why?"

"Just asking love"

I smiled "yeah I'm fine Harry"

I got up and went to the bathroom. I washed my face and hands before I went back out.

"Do you want something drink?" I asked Harry.

"I'll just take water"

I grabbed two water bottles and handed one to him then sat back down. I opened to water bottle and took a few sips.

"Are you going to stay for dinner?" I looked at him.

"Do you have work tomorrow?"

"Yeah, morning shift, why?"

"How about I come over tomorrow for dinner?"

"Another date night?" I smiled "i'll cook"

"Yeah" he smiled.

"Alright sounds good to me"

He got up then I got up "I should be heading out, I'll see you tomorrow" he kissed me "tell me how tomorrow goes with your job"

"I will" I locked up and closed the door.

I made some dinner for myself then made some tea. I went to bed early so I can wake up early for work.
