Chapter 30

"We still on for lunch?" Chris asked me.

"Nah I got plans sorry Chris" I smiled as I went to work.

My lunch time came up and I went to go meet Harry. I was so nervous but excited at the same time.

"Kat" I looked up to see Harry smiling at me as he took off his sunglasses.

I got up "Harry! Hey!" I hugged him then we both sat down.

"Got the same order huh?"

I laughed "yeah, are you as nervous as I am?" I asked him.

"Yeah yeah" he nodded "so how's your sister?"

"She's good" I got on my phone "Ellie, is so effing beautiful" I showed him a picture of me holding my niece.

"Wow, she's gorgeous Kathy!"

"Thanks" I smiled "Gill really happy"

He handed my phone back to me as he handed me his phone "Wow look at Matty! He looks like a mini you" I smiled and handed his phone back to him.

"Yeah" he smiled "how's school?"

"It's good, I'm graduating next month"

"Wow congrats Kathy!"

I smiled "would it be weird if I asked you and Matty to come?" I asked him "it would mean a lot"

"Sure, we would love to come" I gave him the info "how's work?"

"Good good, still working at the same place. How's work for you?"

"Good, I've been talking to the lads about maybe getting back together"

"Wow that's great! I wish I could of meet them before"

"Me too, are you seeing anyone?" Harry asked me.

I took a sip of my coffee "um yeah actually" I mumbled.

"That's good Kat! I'm happy for you. So tell me about him"

"His name is Jackson and we met actually at my job" I smiled "he kept coming in everyday and I thought he was buying clothes for his girlfriend but he ended up asking me out"

"Wow that's crazy"

I laughed "yeah" I mumbled and then it felt awkward "are you dating anyone?"

"No I've been focused on Matt and myself"

"That's great, I should go back to work"

I hugged him and went to work. Harry texted me saying he was coming to my graduation which I was very happy about. After work, I drove to Gill's house.

"Hey mom! Hey dad" I hugged them then hugged Ethan "where's my niece?"

"She's upstairs with Gill"

I nodded and went upstairs into the nursery.

"Sis we need to talk" I walked in as I sat down on the rocking chair.

"What's up Kat?"

"I saw Harry today, we had coffee and caught up" I tell her.

"How did it go?"

"It was awkward, I asked him to come to my graduation and he's coming"

"Why did you ask him?"

"Because it would mean a lot to me"

"How did it feel seeing him?"

"It felt really good actually" I smiled "I missed him a lot"

"Do you still love him?"

"Gill"

"Come on Kat, tell me"

I sighed "yeah, I'm still in love with him" I tell my sister "I didn't know that until I saw him"

"And Jackson?"

"I love him but I'm with him. I don't think Harry and I will work again"

"Why not?"

"I don't know" I mumbled "can I please hold my Ellie?"

My sister nodded and handed me Ellie. Gill left us alone as I rocked back and forth. She fell asleep in my arms.

"Auntie Kat loves you so much pumpkin so so much" I kissed her forehead.

I placed her in her crib and went downstairs "where's Jackson sweetie?"

"He's busy mom" I mumbled.

I decided to stay over Gill's, I ended up sleeping with Ellie in her crib. Yes I could fit in a baby's crib.
