Chapter 17

"WAKE UP!!"

I groaned as I felt the bed moving. I rubbed my eyes and saw Matt jumping up and down.

"Merry Christmas Kat!"

"Merry Christmas Matty" I laughed as I sat up and I grabbed him "you're excited?"

"Yup!"

We both glanced at Harry who was still knocked out. Matt and I sat up on the bed and held hands as we jumped up and down.

"What the bloody hell?!" Harry woke up.

I laughed as Matt said "Merry Christmas daddy!"

Harry grabbed Matt and began to kiss him as I sat down "Merry Christmas son"

I laughed as I went to the bathroom to freshen up then Harry and Matt when in.

"Merry Christmas love"

I smiled as I kissed him "Merry Christmas babe"

We went downstairs and said good morning to my parents as we sat down on the couch.

"Is Gill still sleeping?" I asked my mom.

"Yeah, can you wake her please honey?"

"Sure"

I got up and woke up Gill then we sat down on the couch exchanging gifts.

"Babe! You and Matt got me this?" Harry asked me.

"Yeah" I mumbled "I hope you like Haz"

"Of course I do, it has all of our first Initial" he smiled and kissed me "thank you buddy, I love it"

Then Matt opened his gifts from me, Harry and my family.

"How about we watch some Christmas movies?" My mom suggested "Kat, Gill why don't you help me make some cookies"

"Sure"

I kissed Harry then got up and went to help my mother.

"How are things with you and Harry?" My mom asked me.

"Good mom, why?"

"Well you did come here alone"

"We worked it out" I tell her.

"I just want to make sure this relationship is good for you"

I rolled my eyes "it is good mom"

"Okay sweetie, how are you feeling about meeting his parents?"

"Nervous, I just want them to like me" I tell mom and Gill.

"Kathy!" Matt called me.

"Yeah buddy?" I walked over to him.

"Come watch"

"Okay" I smiled as I picked him up and placed him on my lap.

"I have an idea Matt, want to hear it?"

"Yes! Yes!"

I laughed "how about we go get dressed? And go outside and build a snowman?"

We raced each other upstairs, changed then ran back down and went outside.

"Okay so we have to start with the bottom so it has to be a huge snowball"

After building a snowman, Matt got tired. So Harry picked him up and took him inside, took off his shoes and jacket and let him rest on my bed as we had some hot chocolate.

I rested my head on his shoulders "I haven't built a snowman since I was little" I sighed "and now I'm so tired"

"You know what would be good right now?" Harry whispered "a nice warm bath"

"Ugh you read my mind Haz"

"Why don't we get us a hotel for the night?"

"And leave Matt?!"

"I trust your parents with him"

"How are you so okay with leaving Matt?"

He laughed "I'm not babe! But I would like some alone time with you"

"And you will get some just not now"

"Fine" he kissed my cheek.

"I'm going to go take that bath now"

"Hey!" Harry got up "what about me?"

"What about you? We're in my parents house you silly!" I laughed "we can't do that"

"We can we just have to be quiet" he walked over to me.

"Okay, you sit back down" I pushed him towards the couch as I went to go take my bath.

Dating Harry has been amazing, it has been the best 8 months ever.
