Chapter 50

I was on the road while Harry was still home rehearsing for tour. My phone rang and saw it was Harry so I quickly picked up.

"Hey babe"

"Hey love, guess what finally came in?!"

"The adoption papers?!"

"Yup! You are officially Matt's mom"

"Aww" I teared up "I wish I was there Haz"

"Me too but now it's official"

"I know, I know" I sighed "I miss you guys"

"We miss you too, where are you?"

"Honestly don't know, New York I think"

"That's nice babe, send me pictures and all that"

"Of course and you too! Love you"

"I love you"

I hung up and went to lay in bed while watching TV. We got off the bus and into Madison Square Garden.

"This place is huge"

"Have you never been here before?" Camila asked me.

"No, I haven't"

"Wow, can't believe I'm opening up for Bruno Mars"

"Me too!" I followed her to the stage while she went to rehearse.

After New York, we went to Jersey, after Jersey we went to PA then Maryland.

"We should go to the Baltimore aquarium" I tell Camila "it's beautiful, and you'll love it"

We decided to go to the aquarium, after the aquarium Camila went to rehearse while me, John and Juno went to Walmart.

"Kathy?" I heard my voice.

I looked around then noticed someone who looked familiar "Drake?" I questioned.

"Yeah it's me"

I smiled as I went over to hug him "god it's really you!"

"I know! I can't believe you're even real"

I laughed "how have you been?"

"Good good, still in school and working"

"Wow that's great!"

"What about you?"

"I'm an executive assistant to a singer so we're actually on tour now"

"Wow look at you" he smiled, god he was even more gorgeous in person "I would love to catch up more"

"How about you come to the show tonight?" I handed him a ticket I had in my purse.

"I guess I'll see you tonight"

"See you tonight"

"So Katherine, who was that?" Juno asked me.

"Um just some guy I used to talk to, I started talking to him the sophomore year of college. He was older than me but we were into each other and we just never got around to meeting each other and all that"

"Wow that's like oddly romantic" I laughed.

I got a message that Drake was here so I went to get him and brought him backstage.

"This is amazing Katherine"

"Thank you" I smiled.

"So um are you single or seeing someone?"

"I am actually married" I mumbled "even have kids"

"Wow really, that's great! Do you have pictures?"

"Of course" I laughed as I took my phone out to show pictures of Harry and I and the kids "so what about you?"

"Dating someone"

"That's great! Are you almost finished with school?"

"Yeah finishing it up"

"That is so great!" I smiled as my phone rang "excuse me" I stood up and answered.

"Hey babe"

"Hey honey, how are the kids?"

"Well, you aren't standing are you?" Harry asked me.

"Babe, what is it?"

"Ana's sick" he told me "I took her to the doctor and she is going to be fine"

I sighed as I sat down "you're leaving tomorrow babe, she needs you"

"Well she is sleeping next to daddy right now and I told your parents about it and she's going to be fine"

"Maybe I should just go home" I tell him.

"No, no babe! This is your job and you needed to do this okay? Anastasia is going to be fine, your mother knows how to take care of a baby Kat"

"I know but I just hate being so hopeless and being away from her"

"I know love, I know but you'll be home soon" Harry tells me.

"By the time" I left the room "I get home, she's going to be walking and crawling and I'm going to miss all of it"

"Kathy, I'm just going to go" Drake whispers and I said bye.

"Who was that?" Harry asked me.

"A friend of mine, I think I'm going to come home early Haz. I can't stand being away from the kids"

"Talk to Camila first okay?"

"Yeah of course. I love you"

"I love you too"

"How about I give you two week?" Camila asked me "then you'll come back to work?"

"Oh thank you so much Cam!" I hugged her tight.

"Oh of course!"

I changed into my pajamas and got in my bunk.
