"Please welcome Katherine Homes"

I came downstairs and hugged James Corden before I sat down "Hi James"

"Is it weird to be on this couch?"

I laughed "just a bit"

"So Katherine, interviewed her friends One Direction, was it weird to interview them?"

"Not really, but the questions I was asking I genuinely wanted to know the guys are great friends of mine" I smiled.

"Lets show the video" they went to the video "thanks for that Kathy"

"Oh of course" I smiled.

"Now you and Harry seemed close"

I laughed "yeah we are" Harry and I haven't spoken about telling anyone and no one knows about it yet.

"Now if I'm not mistaken, there's a ring on your finger"

"Oh is there?" I looked at my ring "well yeah there is" I smiled.

"Is there anything you want to tell us?"

James looked to his right and Harry came out and I sighed just seeing him.

"Harry Styles everybody! Harry what are you doing?" James hugged Harry.

"Saving Kathy" he mumbled to him "I came to surprise you" he says out loud for the crowd to hear him.

He comes over by me and sits next to me "thank you" I whispered and he nodded.

"Alright so um Harry, there is a ring on Katherine's finger" James goes back to the question and Harry places his hand on mine.

"Well James, we are engaged" he says proudly.

"Really?!" He smiled.

"Yes" I mumbled, all I was thinking about was my parents, my family's reaction.

"When's the wedding?"

"Not anytime soon" Harry says "we are just very happy right now"

We came to the commercial "I have to go" I tell Harry.

"What why?"

"I have to call my parents and call Gill! I just told the world we're engaged without even telling my family" I tell him "I can't, just have James interview you about the upcoming album, I'm sorry babe" I kissed his cheek and went backstage to the spare dressing room.

I dialed my mom's number "Hey sweetie"

I sighed "Hey mom, I have some good news. Harry and I are engaged!"

"What really?!"

I laughed "yes! We're on James Corden right now and we announced it because he brought it up surprising you and I'm so sorry I didn't tell you earlier"

"When did he propose?"

"Yesterday"

"Oh sweetie, it's fine. I'm just glad you are happy and you found someone who makes you happy"

"I love you so much mom"

I then called Gill "Gill, Harry and I are engaged!"

"What seriously?!"

"Yes!"

"Wait but don't you have your interview with James Corden today?"

"Yeah I do, why?"

"Is the ring come up?"

I sighed "yeah um it did"

"You told your boss and the world before you told your own sister?!"
