Chapter 21

I haven't spoken to Harry in months and it's just been me and Matt. Harry's coming to California next week so I'm going to try to surprise him.

"Anne! Hi! I hope you don't mind me calling again"

"Of course not! How's Matt?"

"He's great! I wanted to surprise Harry when he comes to Los Angeles and I was wondering if you had his bodyguard's number"

"Oh of course!"

I wrote done Kenneth's name and number "thanks again Anne"

"Of course! He's going to be so happy to see you two"

I smiled "I know"

I hung up then called Kenneth "Hello?"

"Kenneth! Hi it's Katherine, Harry's girlfriend?"

"Oh hi Katherine, what can I do for you?"

"Well I know Harry's coming next week and was wondering if you can set aside tickets and maybe backstage passes so Matt and I can surprise him?"

"Of course I can do that Katherine"

"Oh thank you so much!"

"Of course! I'll text you where to pick them up"

"Alright bye" I hung up "are you excited to see daddy?!"

"Yes!"

I smiled "me too" I had finished yet another year of college and was a year away from graduating. I was turning 21 this year. I held Matt's hand as we got in my car and drove to the mall. I got him some clothes, toys then went to the movies to see Cars 3. Matt rests his head on my shoulder as we walked out.

"Katherine?" I looked around until a young man walked up to me "it's me Chad"

"Chad? From high school?" I asked.

"Yeah, yeah! Wow you look great"

"Thank you so you do" I smiled.

"Who is this? You're son?"

"Um yeah" I just answered without thinking "his pretty tired though so we should head home"

"Hey, um this might be too out there but are you dating someone?"

"Yes actually"

"Sorry um good for you"

"Thanks bye!" I got in the car and put Matt in his car seat and drove home. As soon as I drove home, I put his new clothes and toys away as I laid him down in the bed. I rub his back as I talked to my mother on the phone.

"Yeah he's fine, he's knocked out" I sighed "I know how much he misses Harry and I just hate I haven't spoken to him or seen him in months"

"He's busy baby"

"God I know mom but I guess I'm being selfish"

"It's okay to be selfish a bit, I know Harry misses you"

"Does he?"

"Oh of course he does sweetie" my mom told me "I know he does"

I sighed "I should go mom, I love you"

"I love you too" I hung up and fell asleep next to Matt.
