Chapter 14

"So is Harry going to take Matt out trick or treating?"

"He told me he always does and he invited me along" I told Elijah "I'm kind of nervous and not sure what I should be"

"What is Matt going to be for Halloween?"

"Spider-Man and I think Harry's going to dress up as one of the superheroes too. He always dresses up and make sure he looked different so no one recognizes him"

Elijah nodded "How's James?"

"He good, he's working" Eli smiled at me.

"I'm so happy for you Eli, I hope you know that"

"I do Kat thanks"

"I should head to class, I'll talk to you later"

I got up and headed into the school. After school, I went home to do some homework. Then I changed into costume and drove to Harry's house.

"Babe you look sexy"

I smiled "thanks baby" I kissed his cheek "where's Matt?"

"Getting ready, I'll go check up on him"

Harry left, I was dressed up as a nurse and Harry was dressed up as Mick Jagger. Harry came back with a little Spider-Man.

"Spiderman, is that really you?!" I asked.

"It's me Kathy! Matt"

"Matt, that's you sweetie?!"

"Yes!"

I laughed "you look so good buddy, ready to have fun?"

"Yes!"

"Let's get walking" we got outside and Matt held my hand.

I smiled as we went to the first house "okay bud, ring the doorbell"

He rang the doorbell and we both said "trick or treat!"

"Are you having fun Matty?" I asked as we headed over to the next house.

"Yes!"

"We gotta be home before 12 okay?" Harry tells Matt and I.

"I don't want night to end" Matt frowns.

"Hey, it's okay" I tell him "just think, you'll have candy for days!" I smiled at him.

Being with a kid wasn't that bad, he more I hung out with Matt. The more I loved him and love hanging out with him. We finally got back to Harry's house and help Matt change into his pajamas. Harry came back out without his wig on.

"He had a blast with you Kat, thanks for coming"

"Oh of course Harry! I had so much fun tonight with the both of you"

I headed towards the front door and Harry held my hand "stay tonight please"

I followed him as he turned off the lights, as I locked the door and walked to his bedroom. I closed the door behind me as we undressed each other.

"As much as I want to hear you scream, you'll have to be quiet"

I laughed "just shut up and kiss me babe"

He smirked as he caressed my cheek as he pressed his lips against mine as we feel onto the bed "I missed you so much"

"I missed you too Haz"

I smiled as I ran my hands through his hair "I hate leaving you"

"You don't have to leave Katherine, stay"

"What about Matt?"

"I'll explain it to him, I just love having you here with me again"

I smiled "I love being with you too babe"

"Haz honey" I whispered as I brushed his hair back.

"Hmm" he moaned.

"I'm going to go, I have work today" I kissed his forehead "I love you"

"I love you too babe, I'll call you later"

I went home, showered then changed. Ate breakfast, had coffee then went to work.

"Morning Katherine"

"Morning Chris" I mumbled.

"You're hair is up" he stated.

"Yeah, didn't have time this morning to do it up like I usually do" I told him "how was your Halloween party?"

"Good good, wish you could of been there"

"Well I went trick or treating with my boyfriend and his son but yeah me too"

"Did you have fun?"

"I did yeah, brought back memories"

"Hey Katherine"

"Sarah! Hi, what are you doing here?" I asked her.

"Well Matt wanted to see you and I remembered that you told me where you worked"

I nodded "Hi Matt, had a good day at school?"

"Yes!"

"Matt also wanted to ask you something"

I bent down so I was at Matt's level "what is it buddy?" I smiled at him.

"Would you like to have dinner with us?" He said shyly.

"Oh I would love to! Could I get a hug?"

She nodded and gave me a hug "I'll see you later Matt, bye Sarah"

I smiled as I went back to work then headed home as Harry called me.

"I heard you had a visitor at work"

"Yes! Sarah and Matt stopped by. I'm changing now then I'm heading over. Did you tell Matt to say that or did he want to ask me?"

"Believe it or not, it was his idea"

"Smart little boy"

"That's my son" I laughed.

"I'll see you soon babe"

"Alright love, be safe"

"Always"

I hung up and headed towards him.
