Chapter 61

I heard the door open, got up and wobbled over to the living room.

"Harry?" I called out and nothing.

"Mom?" I heard Matt called, he came out of his room and looked at me "stay here"

He walked out and just froze so I followed him and froze behind him "you don't have to do this, please you can just walk out now and we won't say anything"

"W-where's Harry?"

"Harry isn't here" Matt said "please don't shoot the gun at my mother"

"She's pregnant with Harry's kids?!" You could see the anger in her eyes.

I heard a gunshot and I blacked out a little bit. I opened my eyes and looked around. I grabbed my phone and called 911 then Harry. The ambulance came and Ana and I rode with Matty. I held his hands as I held Ana close to me.

"It's going to be okay" I said to both Matt and Ana.

We got to the hospital and he went straight into surgery. I called Harry.

"I'm on my way babe!"

"H-Haz"

"What what is it?"

"I think my water just broke"

"Oh god! I'm calling Gill okay?!"

"Hurry please babe"

They took me away and I had Ana follow as they put me in a room.

"My son is in surgery" I tell the nurse "I need to know he's okay"

Harry rushed into the room and kissed me "how are you?"

"I'm fine, go check on Matt I feel horrible"

"It isn't your fault Kat, he was protecting you"

"It's my fault Harry! She wanted to kill the babies" I cried.

"Sssh babe it isn't your fault okay? It isn't" he wiped my tears "I'll be right back okay?"

I nodded as he went to go see Matt. I called my parents and Harry's.

"Mommy is Matty going to be okay?"

"Oh of course sweetie" I smiled at her as I was in pain.

"How you feeling love?" Harry came back with some ice cubes.

"In pain" I laughed "how is our son?"

"He's doing okay, once he's done in surgery they are going to bring him in here so you can see him and he can see you" he smiled at me "I'm going to bring Ana to Gill and Ellie"

"They're here?"

"Yeah"

He came back and sat down "I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you"

"Oh sweetie, it isn't your fault. You didn't know that was going to happen"

"The police came by but I told them to come back tomorrow okay?"

I nodded "I'm so exhausted honey" I sighed.

"Oh I'm sorry babe, just think in a few hours our babies will be here"

I smiled "I love you so much" I caressed his cheek.

The nurse came in and check "just a few more hours" she left.

Another nurse came in with Matt. I cried once I saw him in the wheelchair.

"Hi sweetie" I grabbed his hand.
