You quickly stumbled to your feet; it was obvious you were desperate to help these dwarven men and the single hobbit.  Bard admired that.  But that was beside the point.  You gave Alfrid one of the nastiest looks you could muster; Bard could only imagine what you were thinking of.

"We found fish so we took them as we could.  These people are starving and the only thing you care about is how we got them?  I do not think it should matter.  We need to feed our people.  Feed your Master if you so wish," you snapped at the man.  

Alfrid stared you down for a moment before he softly huffed, frowning deeply at you.  "Fine.  The two of you may pass."  

Bard smirked faintly to himself, watching as you had gotten everyone through safely.  You glanced over at the man, taking a deep breath.  "Well?  What are you waiting for?  We got some people to feed."
