Snow was such a peculiar thing.  It was cold, wet, and aggravating.  But for Fili, he found something new when it began to snow.  It was as if he noticed you for the first time.  He stood close by to his brother but his eyes ultimately drifted towards you.  He didn't dare look away - the way the snow fell into your hair and long eyelashes.  Your rosy cheeks and nose were too cute for the crowned prince.  He took a deep breath, watching you for a moment before he forced himself to look away.  He had never even thought of you as a lover before.   He had only ever seen you as a sister.  But this snow . . . it was like it was magic.  Gandalf had to be behind it.  There was no way . . . he didn't want you to get the impression he liked you . . . or did he?
