Bilbo couldn't believe what he was seeing.  You stood across from him, your older brothers Fili and Kili pushing you forward.  For a dwarf, you were barely taller than he was.  You were rather small.  But he didn't even pay attention to this.  He watched as you walked forward, jewels and a rather beautiful ruby dress hugging your body.

After the Battle of the Five Armies, all of the dwarves had survived - two years later, the kingdom was up and running.  Now, Bilbo had been invited to a beautiful ball, only going to see the beautiful dwarven woman he had fallen in love with on the journey.  Now, standing right in front of you, he was smitten.  He didn't know if he would even be able to talk to you.

You let out a soft giggle as you walk in front of him, waving a hand in front of his eyes.  "Mister Bilbo, I have never known you as one for no words," you softly said.

"My apologies, Y/n . . . you just look so different than what I grew used to."

"Is it bad?" you tilted your head and Bilbo only smiled, shaking his head.

"I do believe I love looking at you either way," he said.  "It does not make a difference to me."
