Jokes were always fun; Bofur loved cracking them any chance he got. The beauty of your smile made all of his bad jokes and funny songs worth it, no matter what kind of situation the company was stuck in. He thought your smile was one of the greatest things in this crazy world you lived in - he couldn't get enough of it.
So when he had the chance, he made you smile. He would say something, like, "What do you call a cow with no front legs?" Of course, he had told this before, but you would only smile and ask what it was. "Lean beef!" he would loudly laugh. The smile you gave him was wide and beautiful - the only thing Bofur believed was worth being funny for, anymore. You were his diamond in the rock; the thing that made all of this worth it.
