A Happy Accident ~ Part 4

     When they first heard the news, everything seemed too unreal- out of reach, even. But now, it was all too real as the two groups stood face-to-face at the airport and formally introduced themselves.

"Hello! We are Twice!" The girls chanted, robotically.

"Hello! We are BTS!" The boys mirrored them.

It was awkward. Very awkward.

"Flight K79 is boarding now."

"That's ours!" exclaimed Jihyo.

         They were only at the very entrance and had yet to finish going through customs. Shoot. They rushed forward and ran towards the ramp. After completing their so-called "Mission Impossible", all sixteen idols tumbled onto the plane. They admired the interior and settled down. It was a small plane, custom-built for people of high status. With an aisle down the middle and seats put together in groups of two, everyone was paired up in partners. But, due to the other passengers on the plane, Mina had to sit alone, farther back than anyone else. This significant piece of information did not go unnoticed by Jimin. While the two groups got to know each other, Jimin snuck past a sleeping Yoongi and sat down next to Mina. Everyone else was too distracted to realize. They broke into identical grins.

"Minari!" Exclaimed Jimin.

"Jimin!" Mina said in return.

"We can sit together for the rest of the flight." Jimin grinned.

         They never ended up talking for too long, as they fell asleep shortly after their conversation. Mina's head lay on Jimin's shoulder, while his own head drooped onto hers. Bad luck.

"Jimin-ssi?" Said Jungkook, perplexed. He realized that Jimin was no longer next to Suga. When he finally found him, Jungkook was shocked. A mischievous smile grew on his face.

"Wow, I wonder what Jimin-ssi and Mina noona are up to?" said Jungkook, purposefully raising the volume of his sarcastic voice. Everyone turned to look and were surprised by what they saw. Mina's phone was on the floor near her feet, displaying old notifications of Jimin's text messages. She must've forgotten to put it away. Mina mumbled in her sleep and snuggled deeper into Jimin's neck.

"We never knew they were close." said Nayeon. "Did you guys know?"

"No, none of us knew anything" replied Jungkook, who then smiled. "But I do know that Jimin-ie will never hear the end of this."

"Nor will Mina." said Tzuyu.

"Aw." cooed Sana. "They look like a couple"

"So cute" agreed J-Hope.

"For now, we'll let them sleep" Jihyo concluded.

         The rest of Twice and Bangtan returned to their seats, giggling and snickering at the two idols, fast asleep and snuggled cozily together, content with the company they provided each other with.
