"Bang Si-Hyuk. We need to talk."

The voice on the other end sighed. "Yes, I suppose we do."

JYP cut to the chase. "We need to find another way to disassociate our idol groups. Dating scandals will ruin their careers and endanger both our companies. It is imperative that we come up with new ways to combat this problem. I am not going to let my company's sales plummet just because of some measly little issue."

Bang Si-Hyuk quickly interjected. "Actually, I've spoken with the members of BTS and we've come to the conclusion that we should just let them be." JYP couldn't believe his ears.

"What?!" he inquired.

"You've seen how this punishment has hindered their performances for the past few months. In order for the company to be healthy, but the people working for it have to be healthy as well. Eventually, the media and the people behind it will come to accept that several members have tight relationships with another idol group. People can't stay mad forever. Plus, our groups will obviously be happier with this change. They won't care about the media."

"But I care! Being available brings TWICE success. Their schedules are so busy! They don't have time for such dating nonsense."

"TWICE's dating ban will be over soon anyways. What's the difference?"

"A year makes all the difference." JYP paused. "But I get what you mean. I've felt bad each time I saw their eyes sadden. But I did it to protect them."

"Well, I have to go. Just think about it and call me back."

"Alright. Bye." He ended the call. Pacing the room JYP ran his hands through his coarse hair. That's when he noticed Mina. Instead of interrogating her on why she was there, he sat down next to her.

"Did you hear all that?" he asked softly.

"Some parts of it. Not that I tried to eavesdrop or-"

"No it's okay." He paused again before continuing. "Tell me honestly. How have these past few months been?"

Mina shook her head. She didn't know where to start. But all of a sudden, it just tumbled out. How badly she missed him. How sad they became at night. But also, how happy they were together. JYP just listened thoughtfully, as a father does to his children.

"And the other members? Was that really a coincidence?" he asked.

Mina nodded in response.

"I didn't want to hurt you as much as I did. Nor any of the other members. I think I owe you guys a big apology. Bang Si-Hyuk has a valid point. And maybe it really is the right thing to do. Perhaps we'll just let you date."

Mina perked up, hopeful. He continued.

"But I also want to ask you; Is this what you really want? You know the consequences. You might experience a huge drop in sales and popularity. Plus, you know the media will go crazy again."

"I'm sure." she responded. "Sometimes there are more important things in life than work. Family. Friends. Love. They're all special opportunities of a different kind." Mina didn't know where the words were coming from, but they seemed perfect for the situation. JYP let out a smile, one that Mina returned.

"Well then. There's only one thing left to do now." JYP concluded. "We need to make some phone calls. Mina nodded eagerly. She whipped out her phone, almost laughing in pure joy. This was finally happening. She called her members, demanding that they come to the building as soon as they can. Hanging up, she giddily watched JYP dial the same number as he did earlier. As the receiver picked up, he turned on the speaker phone option for Mina to hear.

"Hello?" said the voice.

"Hey. I think I'll take you up on that suggestion."

Bang Si-Hyuk chuckled. "Good to hear. Maybe things will start to go up from here."

Mina could hear whoops of joy in the background. Familiar voices were rejoicing over their final verdict. She could distinctly hear Jimin's laugh echoing among the others. The sound brought back happy memories. As JYP and Bang Si-Hyuk got down to business, Mina stepped out of the way, only to come face to face with her fellow members.

"What's up?" asked Chaeyoung, curious as to why Mina was practically bouncing off the walls.

"You'll see." Mina giggled.

Within 10 minutes, JYP joined their conversation. The group quieted to hear him speak.

"I'm proud to announce that your dating ban is finally over." His proclamation was met with a stunned silence.

"Seriously?" asked Jihyo. He just nodded in response, smiling. Once the full meaning of his words hit them, they all cheered for joy and hugged one another, thankful for the bout of luck that saved them all. Mina however, knew that their group festivities wouldn't last long.

At the first chance she got, she dashed out of the building and into the streets, following an all too familiar path. He was there. He had to be. Crashing through the branches, she stumbled into the enclosure. There before her was Jimin. Hearing Mina come in, he turned to greet her with a wide smile. Laughing and smiling, they ran to meet in an embrace. It felt so good to be back to normal. She didn't know how long they stayed like that. Eventually, the peaceful silence was broken.

"See, I told you it'll all be alright in the end." Jimin chuckled softly. Mina grinned and ruffled his hair affectionately. Pulling her head off his shoulder, she sighed.

"I missed you." she whispered. Staring into her eyes, Jimin responded by cupping her cheek with his hand, bringing her closer until they met in the middle. It was longing, yet sweet and full of the giddy joy of young love.

"I love you, Minari."

"I love you too, Jimin."

From that moment onward, they knew that everything would indeed be alright. Although their relationship would surely bring on many treacherous bumps in the road, they could always come back here to escape for just a while. To live in the moment, far away from the media, their troubles, reality. It was their special place. A gorgeous treasure to cherish between them. Their little Secret For Two.
