A Secret For Two ~ Part 3

          Jimin sighed with happiness as he closed the dorm door. She said yes. He grinned at the thought of what had just happened. Still facing the door, he ghosted his fingers over his lips. He could still feel the lingering tingle of her soft lips on his. Jimin's greatest fears seemed to have perished at her touch. She didn't say that it was all happening too soon, or that she saw him only as a friend. A happy giggle escaped his mouth.

"Hey Jimin! Where did you go?" Jungkook said, casually leaning in the hallway. Jimin whipped around with his eyes wide open in surprise, previously unaware of anyone else's presence.

"Oh! I-I went for a walk in the park." Jimin stuttered. It wasn't necessarily a lie. He'd never told his members about Mina. He kept her a total secret. Now that they were in a relationship, they were truly in for a shock if they ever found out.

"Okaaay then..." Jungkook said, his eyebrow raised in suspicion.

"Dinner is ready!" yelled Jin, who was in the kitchen. Jimin and Jungkook headed down the hallway. Everyone was already seated, with the exception of the two.

"What were you doing, slowpokes?" J-Hope teased. Everyone began to eat, digging into the large meal set on the table now that all seven members were present.

"Jimin's acting funny." Jungkook said, stuffing his face with food.

"W-What do you mean?" said Jimin, his chopsticks freezing halfway to his mouth. "I just went for a walk."

"Outside?" said Jin, his head perking up.

"By yourself?" Namjoon quipped, also pausing, his expression concerned.

"No, with a friend." Jimin replied, eating another mouthful of noodles. His eyes widened. He didn't mean to say that out loud.

"With who?" said Suga, suspicious. "Do we know him?"

            Jimin swallowed nervously. He was a terrible liar, there really was no point in trying. He sighed. "Um.... She's a girl. And no, you don't know her."

            Taehyung did a spit-take. On Jungkook. However, their bickering was quickly drowned out by the other members.

"What?!" yelled Rap Monster. "Just you two? Is she your age? What if people start rumors?"

Suga sighed. "We'll have to tell the public that they're not dating then." He resumed eating his food.

            Jimin nervously rubbed the back of his neck. "What if, maybe I-I asked her to be my girlfriend?" Everyone had eyes as wide as their dinner plates.

"WHAT?!" Jin shrieked. J-Hope did a spit-take as well, luckily not on someone else this time.

"Without telling us?!" said Suga.

"When did this happen?" asked RM.

"Who's the girl?" Jungkook slyly intervened, smirking with one eyebrow raised.

           Jimin sighed. It was going to be a long night. He proceeded to tell the other six, clueless members of BTS the whole story. From the beginning. He talked about his first accidental meeting with her in the beautiful grove in Japan, the constant texting between the two that ensued, and finally, the first real date he'd worked so hard on. After what seemed like hours, Jimin finished explaining.

"So that's why Jimin is always on his phone now." Jungkook teased.

"Wait, but who is she?" asked RM.

Jimin smiled at the thought of her. "TWICE's Mina." The other members were utterly confused.

"It's a small world, I guess." J-Hope shrugged.

                 For the rest of the night, all seven BTS members talked of nothing but Jimin's newfound relationship. Although, there was much more teasing involved, rather than congratulations.

"Hey Jimin," said RM. "You still have to introduce her to us."

Oh dear. 

             Jimin sighed and leaned back on his chair. Well... That wasn't so hard.  After dropping his dirty dishes over by the sink, Jimin headed upstairs to get some sleep.  He crawled into bed and let his ecstatic mind wander. The most beautiful girl loved him as much as he loved her and his six best friends in the whole entire world were more than happy about it. How could his day have been any better than it already was? Jimin laid his head on his pillow and smiled at the brilliantly sparkling stars outside his window, knowing that Mina would be looking at the exact same ones. He then let the tempting arms of soft, deep slumber pull him in, where possibilities were endless. Especially with a certain girl in a very special grove of trees.
