"I know you."

Gemma startled hearing the words coming from the man.
While she was in shock condition, the man was smirking at her.
Unlike the other smirks, his was friendly and Gemma couldn't help herself than returning the smile.

But her eyes quickly stared at the golden irises again.
In her life, she never imagined that she would meet two people with gorgeous eyes.
First was Arnev. His blue eyes made Gemma could not stop thinking about the ocean.
Now, this man made Gemma thought about the sunrise.
The gold line when the sun proudly showed itself to the world.

No one in Tara, as far as Gemma knew, had a pair of eyes like this man.
But she was sure he's from Tara. His clothes said that.
He used the robe that only royalties in Tara could afford.

Her gaze slowly moved up and found his dark brown hair. It was pretty long, messy and in some parts, it didn't cut evenly like he was trying to cut his hair by himself and ended it with disaster.

But, no matter how his hair looked like, Gemma had to admit that this man was a charmer.
In scale from one to ten, Gemma gave him an eight.
She wanted to give him higher but number nine and ten were owned by her brother and Arka didn't accept any competitors.

Gemma wondered what would Arka did if Gemma told him that she gave ten point five to this man.

He wouldn't be pleased.

"Satisfied, my lady?" He suddenly spoke and Gemma blinked her eyes, coming back to earth.
"Uh, excuse me?" Gemma asked back, didn't understand what he meant.

The man chuckled lightly. "You're staring at me if you haven't realized it yet but....I can let you look at me a bit longer. I won't mind."

Gemma felt her cheeks were warming up and she was positive now they're red.
"Uh, forgive me, Sire! That's inappropriate thing to do."

"Actually, that's a compliment for me, my lady. So.." He said, tilted his head a bit. "How can I help you, Ginger?"

Gemma pouted a bit hearing the nickname but she said nothing.
She lifted up the tray on her hands so he could see it.
"Queen Aira asked me to bring this to her chamber."

When Gemma saw him looked confused, she suddenly wasn't so sure Alfred pointed her the right chamber.
"Um...this is her chamber, right?" She asked carefully.

The man smiled doubtfully. "Yeah, it is. But...Queen Aira is not here. She's actually checking our weaponry."

Gemma groaned inside her heart.
She had no idea why the Queen told her to bring the heavy tray up here if she even wasn't here.

The man read her frustration and smiled apologetically.
"Um..you know what. Why don't you come in and put the tray inside?"

Gemma didn't want to enter the chamber without the Queen's permission but her arms were getting tired and it's impossible to wait for the Queen to get back.
So Gemma nodded and walked inside.

The man lead her in.
Gemma looked around the room and she had to say the Queen had a great taste. Instead of decorating her room with girl colors, Queen Aira filled her room with white and brown. Natural colors.
Her favorite part was the long mirror in one of the wall. It made the room looked larger.
The different color Queen Aira placed was the black orchid in one of the vase.
Black Knight.
Gemma knew that flower immediately and she knew the Queen wasn't kidding when she said that flower was her favorite.
Apart from the other plants around it, the orchid was really popped out.
Gemma cursed inside when she almost stumbled by her own feet and quickly focused her eyes at the man again.
