Chapter 11- Divination

I walked down the corridor and into the nurse's office and spotted Madam Pomfrey. She smiled and handed me a cup of blood. I drank it fast and gave it back to her. She placed in on the table behind her and looked at me.
"Are you alright?"
I looked at her. "Sorry, it's just I've been having nightmares recently and I've heard their visions and warnings. Part of it is real. And I'm scared. "
She nodded and I walked out the door and into the dining hall for breakfast. I spotted Luna and smiled, she looked at me in shock as I sat down.
"What is It?" I asked.
"Ginny"
"What happened?"
"She's taken to the chamber"
I looked at her and got up.
"Well, aren't we going to help her?"
She shook her head.
"Your already too weak" she spoke, grabbing my arm. "How was the meeting with Dumbledore?" She spoke and let go. I smiled.
"Well he said part of it is real and some are warnings. A dark witch I've seen plays an important role in it"
She looked at me.
"What did she say?"
I looked at her.
"At first she said 'be warned of your second year; a werewolf is near' and then she wore red and laughed at me and spoke 'As well as more darkness, soon my dear you won't resist a taste for human blood and all your loved ones will die because of you' and the scenes kept changing"
She nodded. "And what did professor Dumbledore say?"
"He said he'll set us up with Professor Trelawney and learn divination a year earlier."
She smiled."soo cool" she spoke. I nodded and spotted Professor Flitwick heading this way. He smiled and handed us our new timetable.
"Thanks, Professor" I spoke, he smiled.
"My pleasure girls. See you in Charms"
I nodded and waved goodbye as he walked away. I looked at my new timetable. I had Divination first today. Luna looked at me with the same expression and we smiled. I grabbed a cheese and tomato croissant and started eating it. Luna smirks and I finish it and head up to Divination with Luna.

We walked up a thin staircase and reached the Divination room. I opened the door and looked at the magnificent room before me. I smiled and spotted Professor Trelawney and walked over. She spotted us and smiled, but she looked at us illusionary and put her hand towards me.
"I see...... I see......... Darkness, Casey"
I nodded and she shook her head and looked at us and smiled. She hugged us with happiness and guided us to a seat.
"Welcome, I was expecting you"
I looked at Luna in confusion and sat down at a tea table and she sat opposite us. She placed teacups on the table and looked at us and walked to the other end of the room and grabbed two books and walked back to us. She handed us the books and we thanked her. She clasped her hands together and looked at us with her glasses.
"Today we will read tea leaves"
Luna and I looked at each other, eyes lighting up in excitement and smiled. We looked at our teas and I spotted a wonky cross I've seen before in one of my dreams. I looked at the book and read that it means trials and suffering, then I saw this red rose in the tea withering. I searched the book for any meanings, but there was none. I placed down the book and looked up at Trelawney. She was looking at the book with Luna.
"Professor" I spoke, she lifted her head and smiled, moving her chair to my direction.
"What is it, dear? I sense danger"
I looked at her and nodded.
"I guess so" I spoke and looked at the cup, then back at her. "What do roses represent? I've seen it in my dreams and in the tea."
She looked at me with fear.
"I see, was it withering?"
I nodded. She gasped and covered her mouth.
"My dear..... My dear....... You have the Withering Rose"
I nodded and she hugged me. I let go.
"What is that?" I asked. She looked up at me and held out her hands.
"It means blood on your hands,or being a murderer"
I covered my mouth in shock. I knew exactly what that means. I'm going to kill for blood. Bet it's impossible......... Or is it?
I looked at her again and she looked at me back.
"How can I stop it? Oh please professor, I don't want this. Can you help me?"
She looked at me and looked at my cup and dropped it in fear. I looked at Luna in shock and back at her.
"What is it, professor?"
She looked at me.
"It reads that someone's forcing you to murder. Someone is using you"
I looked at her.
"Who? Who is going to force me to? I'm not a murderer! I can't help it if they find out. How can I stop it?"
She looked at me, her glass gleaming in sadness.
"You can't, Casey. I see what you are and what you will become, but I can only show you the symbols and future. I can't change it. But there is more danger in the middle. The worst is when you see the dark. Only you can change it, Casey and I will help you use your inner eye." She looked at Luna. "And you too. Luna. You two truly are one of my wonderful students."
I nodded and walked goodbye and skipped down the corridor with Luna to Charms. We stopped when we spotted a boy in Gryffindor a year older than us named Seamus Finnigan came walking past with his friends, laughing at us.
"A bit Crazy Lovegood, and a bit Loony Lovegood"
I grimaced and clenched my fists together in anger, but Luna grabbed them and we walked to charms, ignoring the laughs and teases from the other kids.

....................... That evening ......................

I sat down at the Ravenclaw table in the dining hall and looked up at professor Dumbledore.
"Let's thank Professor Sprout and Madam Pomfrey for the mandrake potion which cured the paralysed students" I clapped as well as all the other students. I looked over at the Griffindoor table and spotted Ginny. She looked over at me and smirks, I waved and she waved back.

..... The next day.......
I packed my belongings in my suitcase and closed it, waiting for Luna to finish packing. We grabbed our suitcases and walked down the stairs into the Ravenclaw common room and spotted Helena Ravenclaw.. We walked up to her.
"Hello Helena" I spoke. She turned around and smiled.
"Casey, Luna Interesting first year?"
We smirked and nodded.
"Pleasure meeting you, I'll see you next year."
She smiled and nodded.
"See you next year. Have a great Christmas"
'You too" Luna spoke. She smiled and we waved goodbye to her and walked down the stairs and out of Hogwarts with the rest of the students onto the train. I sat down on the compartment and grabbed out the newest edition of the Quibbler and started reading until the train stopped and we headed out to our home, knocking on the door. Father opened and he hugged us and we walked outside, telling him about the awesome year.
