I looked at the newspaper. There was an article about the dark mark being cast at the Quidditch Cup. I looked at it.
"Dad, what happened at the Quidditch Cup?" I asked and pointed ad the front. He glanced at it.
"Death Eaters, followers of You-Know-Who cast the dark Mark and burnt the place down"
"That's horrible!" I spoke. "Some people I know went there. I'm going to send a letter to see if they are okay"
He nodded and opened the magazine again and I walked upstairs, grabbing my copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard and read a different story called The Wizards of the Wandering Pot. I found it very interesting, but it never fuelled me like the Tale of the Three Brothers. Actually, it was the only story there that was based as a real event. I smiled as I read on, but stopped as I heard Griensē our owl hoot as it flew into my window. I smiled and handed it a bowl of water, taking out a few pieces of paper and a quill. Firstly, I wrote to Draco.Dear Draco,
I heard about the Quidditch World Cup in the Daily Prophet and I was wondering if you are okay?
I'm looking forward to seeing you back at Hogwarts, and thank you for the bracelet. It's lovely.
Casey LovegoodThe I wrote to the Weasley's, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger.
Dear Ginny, Ron, Harry, Hermione and the rest of the Weasley's,
I heard about the disastrous attack at the Quidditch World Cup in the Daily Prophet, I hope all is well and you didn't get hurt. Death Eaters and the Dark Mark! What gets any worse? I hope to see you back at Hogwarts this year.
Casey LovegoodI rolled them up and attached a piece of yarn around both of them, attaching it to my owl and letting him go, watching him fly away and out of sight. I smiled and turned around, picking up my book and continued reading.
. . .
The day flew by like dandelions in a breeze and soon I found myself tucked under the sheets of my bed, welcoming a night's dream. I closed my eyes and let my dreams come to life as my waking world had now slept.
I adjusted to the light, as I stood on the ground in the outside area at Hogwarts, I noticed my surroundings were quiet and I thought about my destiny; to be the Head Vampire, destined to do horrible things, more horrible than you-know-who himself. I glanced at the other end of me. There stood a dark-skinned man who wore entirely black; black leather boots, leather jacket and jeans. He glared at me and smiled evilly and bowed. I glanced at him and bowed back as he looked at me in the eye. He smiled, showing fangs and blood dripped down his mouth. I could smell it string everywhere and I knew it was the end. It's too late! I thought. I've already unleashed the darkness inside me infuriating my insides and out. I smiled at him evilly and licked my blood red lips, tasting the string essence if human blood, the true me was dark and evil, born for evil. I looked at my wrist and saw the Dark Mark. I felt it's warmth as my immortal pale hands touched it. I wore a black robe, like what enchantresses wore and lifted my other arm up, watching as the man levitated towards me and dropped to the ground at my feet. He looked up at me and laughed.
"My Queen, Head of the Vampire Council. What shall I do to please you?"
I tapped my fingers in thought and stopped, bending down close to him.
"Do whatever you please" I sighed and aparated away.My breath was heavy and I glanced at the full moon in the distance, smiling at it's beauty and sat in the windowsill, looking out into the distance. What a strange dream? I though and walked towards the window, looking at my reflection in the window. My eyes were swollen red from crying in my sleep and my voice ached from the screams. I grabbed my wand from my bedside table as well as my Divination Symbols book and sat walked out of the room quietly, trying not to wake Luna. I crept up the stairs, flinching at the creaks of the floorboards and walked up to the top level; to the attic where there was a window seat and a few paintings that Luna made. I'd never been up here due to my sun problem, but it was completely lit up from the moonlight. I smiled and sat down at the window seat, overlooking the hill and out towards what looked like the Weasley's house in the distance with the full moon above it. The room was almost blue and I placed my book on my knees. I took out my wand and spoke. Lumos and a small light illuminated from the edge of my wand, just big enough to read. I looked up nightmares and found a page about it. Reading;
Nightmares are forms of bad dreams caused by a deep fear. Usually it represents a scenario in which we wish never happened, like loosing someone close to you or facing a dragon. These could also represent symbols like a black dog; an omen of death representing something terrible, even someone wearing black could represent death or in some cases, darkness to the viewer. A werewolf I once knew had a dream about murdering their friend and loved ones. This represents that like werewolves and vampires, they are born of darkness compared to a veela who was born of light, meaning that this werewolf born of darkness, doesn't want to accept the dark side; it wants light. Luckily for them, wolfsbane potion stops the painfulness and having the feeling to hunt and instead leaves the werewolf in wolf form, in calmness. In very rare cases, it could represent real life scenarios that will happen or what already happens in the past. I'm not saying that it's real though.What do you think? Please vote and comment. I'd just realised that Cho went to the Quidditch World Cup as well, but I prefer to keep her at school, it's inly a Fanfiction! It doesn't need to be word for word!
