Flashback

When I was 13 and things were really bad in middle school I would drown myself in music. It was what really got me. Music I mean. It was a mutually understanding relationship. I understood the artist's pain on a certain level and I truly felt the artist understood my pain. They were singing with the heaviness of a pain that I could relate too. I mean I understood I was depressed and I felt like I was drowning often and it was hard.
