Blue is having a hard time and with that, she judges herself and her journey. This is not based on anything but Blue's experiences. So with that in mind, here is Devon Blue Chapter 11.2.

【Chapter 11.2】

"Yo, yo Dev, where you at?" Chase calls out.

"We bought donuts." Falcon chirps happily.

"Blue, baby girl come joins us for breakfast," Dad calls. I hear the door shut behind them. I can hear their footsteps enter the kitchen.

"Dev hurry up before Falcon starts in on how much he missed you. It's fucking annoying." Chase laughs out.

"Hey." Falcon chimes in trying to sound offended. He's not.

"Dev?" Chase calls again getting impatient.

I make my way down still cocooned in my blanket. I had been on the phone with Noah for the rest of the night? Morning?

We talked.

He calmed me. Assured me. He made me feel safe. Okay.

My eyes are tired.

My tears are dried.

My hair is a mess from me grabbing it in frustration.

Charlie follows me down the steps like my shadow.

Chase looks up.

He knows in an instant.

"Dev?" He sounds so soft. Scared. His brows crinkle and his forehead has lines now. He rushes over to me looking me over. He meets my eyes and grabs my shoulders. He pulls me into him.

"What's wrong? What's happened." Chase asks again this time stronger.

Like everything would be alright.
