The closet was pitch dark except for the light trying to creep in at the bottom of the door.
"Let's start," he said, his voice in a hungry growl.
His hands searched for somewhere nice, somewhere warm, like he was a explorer and she was the terrain.
But when his lips couldn't find a flow with hers, he got frustrated.
"Playing hard to get?"
No. You were a hot explorer. And she, the terrain, was Antarctica. You would never find a spark here. You would never find a home here.
"Maybe," she smirked against his dry lips. He chuckled. But it wasn't happy laughter. It was greed, desperation, hunger.
"You are so sexy."
She didn't want to get called sexy.
Not by him at least. Because to him, sexy was talking about her body. Her curves and oily skin. Her hair that was wrapped around her fingers.
Sexy was physical to him. Sexy is physical to most.
She didn't feel secure when his arm was wrapped around her back, she felt trapped.
"I never want this to end," She whispered in his ear. Never was the one word she didn't want to say, but she did.
"It doesn't have to," he said in between kisses.
The door opened.
"Seven minutes is up!" Avery yelled.
"I see you two got rowdy," Chris winked.
She laughed and he smirked, the confidence radiating from him.
If only he knew that she was an actress.
She could see eyes glaring, not at her, at him.
She took her seat next to Shawn. When everyone was congratulating Kai and drilling him with questions, she softly whispered to Shawn.
"Can we please leave?"
"I was just about to."
Shawn made up an excuse that he had to get back because his mom got sick, and since he was her ride, she stood with him.
"I can take her home," Kai stepped in with an arrogant grin.
"He is driving my car. So no. And plus, you've drank," She said rather harshly.
The room looked confusedly at each other. How could the girl that just had a make out session with a guy be mad at him?
"Sorry we really got to go. See ya guys!" Shawn hurried them out, Kai's eyes digging into her back as she scurried off by Shawn's side.
They didn't talk until they were safely in her room. As soon as she turned to face Shawn, her cheeks were already wet with tears.
"Never let me do that again." She ran into his arms. He held his arms around her waist, his head laying against her shoulder.
"I'm so sorry," he murmured gently.
His words were kind.
"I feel so dumb," She choked.
"You are not dumb. You are intelligent and brave. Never let yourself do that again for a guy though, okay? Don't fake your own pleasure and comfort for the urges of anyone," he said.
That's what she wanted to hear. Intelligent. Brave. Like she wasn't just a body. Like she wasn't just some pleasure barbie. She had worth. Shawn always made her feel like she had worth.
"Thank you for everything," she mumbled.
"It's really no problem. I saw your face. If I would've known that you were miserable, I would've broke that damn door down."
She let out a light chuckle against his chest. He separated from the hug.
"How about you get into comfier clothes when I go grab your medicine, okay?" He suggested. She nodded and went into her clothes to get unchanged. He walked into her bathroom to get the bottles from the cabinet. He stared at them for a minute, fumbling them in his hands. He just wanted her to stop feeling pain. He didn't want her to think all people were evil. That they all would take advantage of her.
When he got back, she was standing, looking out the window at the street.
He knocked softly on the already open door. She turned.
She looked worn out. Tired.
"Come on, come to bed." They both walked to it. She got into her sheets slowly, hugging them around her chest. "Here is your pills and water."
She swallowed them slowly.
"Okay, now let's watch some T.V until you fall asleep okay?" She nodded.
He turned on the T.V and sat on the edge the bed.
"Can you lay next to me?" She asked.
"Are you sure? I don't want to hurt you." She nodded again, so he crawled over to her, laying down. She rolled, facing him, her arm stretched over his chest.
She could feel his slow heartbeat against her head that was nuzzled into his side.
"Shawn?"
"Yeah?"
"Can you kiss me?"
"Y/N-"
"I want his taste off of them." He glanced at her, her eyes truly asking him. He kissed her. His lips were soft and slow against her. Steady. It lasted longer than she thought. But she didn't mind. These felt different than the last. She felt safe. She felt wanted. His hands didn't wander. They only moved when she told him to move them. He genuinely wanted her approval.
He stopped after a minute when her eyelids got heavy. He listened to her breathing get slower, until he figured she was asleep. He pressed his lips lightly to her forehead. And he silently slipped out the door.
Those are the guys and girls you should go after.
