Clint POV...

Tsk she deserved to be treated the way I treated her. Wala akong balak na tratuhin siya ng ganito, but I just can't help myself to hate her every single day.

I can't marry the girl I truly love because of her selfish decision.

She could have thought about the outcome before she decided to marry me. 

I followed that old man because I just can't compete and disobey him.

Flashback...

"I want you to marry Ivory Felicity Cordova" my old grandpa told me.

"What? Seriously? I don't even love her!" I exclaimed.

"You should love her. I want you to be married and settled down bago mapasayo ang kumpanya"

"No way! Are you kidding me lo? Marriage is not a game" I hissed. Ano bang iniisip ng matanda na to? Na ganon lang kadali yon? Matatali ako sa babaeng ni hindi ko kilala, and worst is hindi ko mahal?

No. I won't fucking accept his selfish decision.

"No buts Clinton! You're gonna marry her as soon as possible, or else tatanggalin ko lahat ng karapatan mo sa mga manang ibibigay ko"

"You can't do this, lo! I just turned nineteen, for God's sake!"

"Yes I can, you'll get married right after your graduation"

This fucking old man will definitely ruine my plan. He's manipulating-human-bastard.

"Hey Kirk" a sweet voice called me from behind.

I look at her and smiled bitterly. 

Why do I need to hurt this lovely girl? She doesn't deserve it. I feel insane for doing this to her.

"Hey" I said while smiling. I want to spend my life to this woman, but because of that damn marriage, it's now impposible to marry her.

I know what that old man can do once I disobey him.

"Do you have any problem?" She asked while having concerns on her face.

"C-claire, I'm sorry" I said while touching her face. Maybe this will be the last time to see her.

"For what?" She confusedly asked.

Damn! I can't let go her easily.

"I'm getting married soon" I said while facing her.

"With Ivory?"

"How'd you know?" kunot noong tanong ko.

"She's my besfriend. She told me about that marriage thingy"

This is fucking insane. Akalain mo nga namang bestfriend pa niya ang pakakasalan ko.

"I'm sorry"

"It's okay, I'm happy that you'll marry her" she said while smiling.

"What?" biglang kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa sinabi nito.
