Reason #9 I'm writing this: Because if every girl in this world felt confident this world will be better.

Fashion:

This is nothing personal. And I thought alot before writing this because simply, I don't feel like it's the right topic to be talking about. But then I thought to myself, "What's wrong with you slim-head?! This is a book to help girls! Mentally AND Physically"

So here I am, after my first self slapped second self hard (It's complicated) and now I'm here to simply give you as much tips as I can for makeup, bodyshape and what to wear and accessories. Sorry if you're disappointed in today's topic but I promise you the tips are worth it AND not so well known ;)

I just think we should all know this because when you're confident about what your wearing and how you look it helps a great deal in beating social anxiety. And though yes, you should feel confident just the way you are. It's easier when you are wearing something you like.

Okay! First to the tips ;) Oh and one more thing, I just remembered. Dear Donuts, you really don't have to read this one and comment; it can really get boring if your a guy.

Okay! Anyways, ^^ the last messages isn't for you it's for Donuts so that doesnt mean it's boring for you! You should read!..and I should stop blabbering.

first for accessories and nail polish:

1- Adding a coating of transperant nail polish prevents the accessories from rusting!

I'm a nail-polish geek (does that even make sense) so here are easy ways to get really cool patterns on your fingers. Like polka dots, fool-proof etc..

2- -First, When applying nail polish, rub your hands first with a lotion or vaseline. This will help prevent the nail polish from getting on your skin.

3- For a polka dot nailpolish, Paint a base color on your nails and let it dry completely. Press a Band-Aid with holes on top, then paint on top of it with a contrasting shade of polish. Lift off the Band-Aid very carefully, and congrats! you’ll have a perfectly-spaced polka dot nailpolish!

4 -For fool-proof nail polish, Just use some plastic wrap! First, paint your nails with a base color and make sure to let the polish dry completely before moving on. Then, working with one nail at a time, apply a coat of the second polish over one nail. Quickly grab a crumpled piece of plastic wrap and blot the top of your nail once or twice. When the sticky wrap touches the wet polish, it will pull up a bit of the color, creating a marbled effect with the base color underneath. If you pull up too much of the wet polish, just add a little more color and dab it with plastic wrap again.

5- French manicure. it's a lot harder than it looks. But maybe this tip will help, After painting your nail with a base coat, simply stick a tape on your nails except the tip, coat the tip and wait for it till it is perfectly dry then carefully remove the tape. Voila!

6- Ombre. That dreamy colours gradient effect that is personally my favorite! Really easy Just paint your two ombre colors on a surface that can be easily cleaned after. Mesh the two colors together in the center using a toothpick, then dip a makeup sponge into the two colors. Simply apply the polish that was picked up by the sponge onto your nail and that's it!

Okay! Enough nail-polish, right? Fine fine, now we go to..body shape and what suits it!:

Mostly, it is very hard to know what would be perfect for your body because lets face it, it's not always our favorites style that suites us. But here is what I figured out, wear what you like most! For all I know, Nicki Minaj wears stuff that 'suite' her body shape! FASHION IS A DISASTER! I REPEAT! IT'S A DISASTER!

Don't just wear something because it is supposed to suite your bodyshape or because it's a trend! Dont wear hotshorts if you dont feel comfortable in them just because your friends think it's cool. And dont ever, ever, ever, EVER wear short skirts that would show your backheaven if you bend. Just dont.

Wear stuff that make you comfortable and condifdent. If it cute dresses so be it. If it skinnies and tees, go for it. If it hotshorts and tops, fine! BUT DONT EVER WEAR SOMETHING YOU DONT FEEL LIKE.

And those websites that tell you what you should wear according to your bodyshape, They lieeee! I'm telling you, I looked like an idiot for a whole year because I followed those tips. Just wear what you think makes you look good!

Seriously, following fashion can lead you to look like a clown while in fact you are really beautiful when you are confident. Make your own style. Match stuff together and try. It's really fun.

I mean come on, you really want to follow what Nicki Minaj follows? Seriously, a cotton candy hair wig?! What next? A dress made of meat?!

Oh, right..sorry.

Finally, make up:

I will be frank here and just come out with it. I dont put make up.

True as my mother's face.

I don't put make up.

okay, now that you've recovered from the shock. Let me just say I know sometips and I will tell you if I tried them or not ;) I wont ruin your face dont worry

1- Less is more in the morning. I heard this somewhere before. It means, the less make up you put in the morning the better you look! It's always better to have that natural look on your face in the morning. Leave the whole fancy stuff for nights.

2- gorgeous skin is dewy and natural and heavy foundations leave you looking anything but. A better bet than foundation is tinted moisturizers ( I never tried them but really, I saw people with heavy foundation; not a good sight)

3- If your eyeliner usually crumble while you are putting it on, leaving it in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to applying your makeup. It should glide along your lash line seamlessly after that. (Personally, I never tried that because I dont wear eyeliner but I'm sure it works because I know someone who does exactly that)

4- Play up your eyes or your lips, never both. If you wear a smokey eye, go for nude lips with just a bit of gloss. Prefer dark lipstick? Then keep your face light (and stay away from heavy blush) and wear only mascara on your eyes and a light eyeshadow. Don't heavily line your eyes. Play up both and you'll look like a clown. And never, ever line lips in a darker color than your gloss or lipstick.

My parents wont let me put make up. Or atleast they didnt allow me to until last year. And for one time, I agree with them. I think this helped me understand that one doesnt need tonnes of make up to look good and confident. Yes, make up is a good way to emphazise the good features in your face. But that's it. Don't use so much make up that your face looks different than it normally does. Make up is like photoshop; unlike common believe you dont need it to look pretty. Because you are!

I hope this helped. I swear I'm not writing this to make you feel like you need to do more to look beautiful. You are already beyond beautiful. But I noticed that dressing up helps boost up confidence and I want to help you all do that.

The point is, yes how your look shouldn't matter to people. But if it helps making you more confident then so be it. And just saying, if all girls stop wearing make up and wearing heals guys will be forced to like us for who we are ;)

I know this is not the usual. So I'm writing another chapter real soon. And this time it will be a real proper one. Sorry. And I'm still here for anyone. Just text me. I wont judge you.

Smile.
