Piper hugged clary tightly as they stood in the greenery. For some reason the air had a sweet smell to it, like sweetness. Superficial probably, very stereotypical too for fairies.

"Come back okay?" Piper made her promise. Clary was still family, they were still sisters. "You're family."

"You're still my twin." Clary reaffirmed, piper smiled at that. It felt weird not telling clary everything, especially about her new powers that she had.

Clary went through the portal, her hair was long and curly blonde as she looked around the apartment. It looked different, there was none of Pipers ballet stuff laying around. On old pair of pointe shoes on Clary's sketch books on the coffee table. In confusion she looked around before valentine walked in, grabbing a butter knife off the table she pointed it at him.

"Where is my mom, where's Piper?" She asked, her dad smiling at her.

"Is this one of your cosplay scenes?" He laughed lightly. "Honey you've got to come In here and see this." Clary's mother walked In smiling.

"Mom?" She hugged the blonde woman tightly, not wanting to let go.

"Oh honey if you missed us this much you should come home from art school more often." Her mother chuckled and Clary pulled back.

"Where Piper?" She looked at her parents confused faces. "Piper? Red hair..multicolored eyes, tall?" Clary grew worried.

"Honey Who's Piper?" Her father asked and when Clary jogged to the bedroom the two shared there was only one bed, the room filled with the most horrendous wooden dresser ever where pipers bed once was.

"Clary, come sit down, you promised us brunch." Clary looked to her Mom hesitantly, she couldn't let herself get lost in the bliss of this world, Mileorn had told her to find a feather to her old world. What could hurt from one brunch? She sat down and began talking as if the three were a normal family.

On the tv a commercial came on, it was Magnus bane talking about how he could help you accomplish your dreams. It alerted her to the fact that she needed to find the other Piper and then go to Magnus.

Clary has searched all morning and into the noon time with little luck at finding the red head. "Clary, Hey." Simon called to her and she gasped.

"Simon what are you doing get out of the-sun." Simon wasn't a vampire.

"Oh no, I know that look, you need caffeine." He pulled her to a table where the lightwood sibling sat. Clary contained a snort, Isabelle wore a Star Wars shirt with oversized glasses and looked very shy. Alec wore a polo shirt white hair combed back.

"Is that a new necklace? It will go with your dress, your getting ready at my place right?" The nerdy Izzy asked and Clary frowned.

"Ready for what?"

Alec rolled his eyes. "Your dads party, get with it Clary, are you okay?" He asked before Jace ran up.

"Jace?" Clary asked in shock and he took her hand.

"Do you want to get out of here?" He asked leading her to the hood of the truck before initiating a makeup session. Clary almost lost herself in...Well...her not-self.

"I-I have to go." She was distracted by flames of red hair. Running back to the table where Simon and the light woods sat she looked at them.

"Do you have any idea where Piper is? I've been looking for her everywhere?" Alec frowned.

"Who's that?"

Clary groaned. "Piper had to exist...you know...red hair, multicolored eyes, tall." She repeated the same thing that she had said at breakfast.

"Do you mean Diana Bane? The mystery girl?" Izzy narrowed her eyes at her. "Are you sure your feeling okay?"

"Yes, yes I just need to find her." Clary looked around. "Where would she be?"

"The park where she always is on lunch break." Alec sighed pointing across the path. "Beautiful and terrifying as ever."

Clary ran down the sidewalk coming to the center of the garden where a girl with her short hair pulled into a scrunching on her head did a arabesque. Silly pink pointe shoe glinting in the sunlight. Clary stayed quite, watching the perfect positions executed slowly for more strain on the muscles. Piper dipped down and then lifted onto her toes before balancing on one foot, a straight line from her toe to her fingertips.

"Can I help you Blondie?" Piper didn't even open her eyes.

"Look, I know this is going to make no sense but you have to listen to me." Clary spoke about the real world and how they were twins and in this deminiton they didn't even have the same parents and how she looked different.

"So your telling me this life is a lie?" Scoffed the redhead, sitting on the bench and untying her feet. "Okay Barbie, I'm not here to join your cult." Piper slid on her black bikes and placed her pointe shoes in her duffel bag.

"It's not a cult, I'm being serious." Clary was getting annoyed as she followed behind the red head.

"Yeah and I'm a Angel from heaven." Piper sassed and Clary tilted her head from side to side, technically the girl wasn't wrong. "Just go back to your ken and dream house and leave me be." The red head took down her hair and along with her raider red curls that fell in a bob a eagle feather and a black strand of hair mixed into the auburn.

"Penelope just listen." This made the girl stop, spinning around.

"How do you know my middle name?" She whispered. "Nobody knows my middle name." Her eyes narrowed.

"That's because I know you, you Penelope Electra Fray, you have a chicken pox scar on the back of your shoulder, that chunk of black hair appeared on your eighteenth birthday and your favorite thing to eat is."

"Waffles with whip cream from the can and strawberries on top." They said in unison.

Piper shook her head. "The only thing is my name is Diana Penelope Bane." She crosses her arms, keys in hand.

"Magnus bane..." Clary looked at her. "He adopted you didn't he." Piper looked at her feet before looking back up to the girl beside her.

"So what if I do believe you, we aren't friends Morgenstern, but something about you feels...familiar."

Clary crosses her arms. "Take me to Magnus and he can tell you I'm right." And was pleased when the red head ran a hand through her hair before walking to a red sports car.

"Are you coming or not Blondie?" She called and after taking a moment to grin at not-Piper she got in the side seat.
