I WAS HOLDING ONTO chairman Herbert, trying my best to keep myself together after what I just witnessed. My heart wouldn't stop racing, and my body was trembling like it couldn't calm down. I just saw how my uncle killed himself. Not knowing the truth was a pill I was willing to swallow, but this was something I did not want to know at all. I wasn't there for him, and I wasn't able to do anything to help him.

"Just stay there, let me get you some water," chairmen Herbert tells me, letting go of me. I didn't want him to let go, but I couldn't say anything. So when the chairman removes his arms around me to get some water, my head starts spinning, and before I could even get a hold of myself, everything went black and I eventually fainted.

[FLASHBACK: 16 YEARS AGO]

"When will he wake up?" I could hear my uncle Hael ask. I was trying to turn around from the bed, but my body wouldn't let me. I felt so weak, I couldn't move a muscle.

"He'll be fine, it wasn't anything serious. He was just really weak and the sudden shock left him like this," another voice says, which belonged to someone who I wasn't familiar with.

"His parents have always been protective of him so things like this can become very traumatic for him," my uncle explained.

"Then that's going to be a real problem. If you treat him the way his parents treated him then he'll always be weak. Based on his data, his immune system only got weaker because of how he was raised. Letting him go out and actually play around will help him more than it would harm him," the man continues to explain.

"I understand. Thank you doc," my uncle replies.

"But what really happened to him? Why would he just run out to the rain like that?" The man who was actually the doctor asked.

My uncle took a deep breath and sat on the edge of the bed, reaching out to hold my shoulder. "His parents died a couple of days ago. I couldn't tell him immediately so I tried to inform him about it just this morning. The poor child ran out in shock and started shouting his parents' names. It was heartbreaking."

     "I'm sorry for your loss."

     "Thank you."

"He's still a child so it will be extremely painful for him, but he'll definitely recover with time. I don't know if this is a good thing though, but because of what happened, there might be a chance where he won't remember a few things about this incident," the doctor explained.

"If that's the case then I think I'll be able to talk to him better about this matter," uncle says.

"Then I'll head out first. If you need anything, just let me know," the doctor says, and I could hear the door closing in a distance.

The room falls silent for a couple of seconds, but then, the hand that was holding onto me becomes tight, and I could hear my uncle trying his best not to cry. "I'm sorry Andrew," he says. "When you wake up, I'll take you with me, okay?"

My back was facing him, but I couldn't turn to look at him. All I could do was let the tears fall as my eyes were closed shut, trying my best not to open them so I wouldn't see how my uncle looked.

"By the way, I adopted a Siberian Husky. Once you move in with me, you can meet him. You can even name him if you want," he says, patting my head this time. I thought he was going to say something else, but then the door opens, and my uncle immediately got off the bed.

     "Jonathan..."

     "Master, how's Day?"

Master? Why'd he called my uncle master?
