Chapter 39- The Plan

We needed to expose Katie, have proof that she was doing all of this, but how? Then it dawned on me how obsessed she was with Damien. If she really loved Damien, she'd definitely, well, hopefully fall for his charms and words when he confesses he loves her and how he was blinded by his stupidity and only just realized it.

All Damien needed to do was work his charm, look at her with those sexy eyes of his and trick her into spilling out the truth and everything she's done these last couple of years. It was a pretty simple plan where he'd have his iPhone on record and record the whole thing. Maybe after Katie was exposed for her true self we could live a normal life. Maybe then, I could go speak to Daniel and confess my feelings towards him.

Maybe we could all forgive ourselves for hurting each other. Maybe it would all be over very soon.

"So all you have to do is text her", I said as close my eyes and took a deep breath. It would be all over soon.

"Okay let's do this", he sounded nervous but eager as he pulled out this phone and wrote the text before handing it to me for approval.

Have you ever thought that maybe I don't give a fuck about Zara? I mean do you not get the hints I've be throwing at you?

I tried not to roll my eyes and gag at the message but nodded.

"Okay good", I said slowly.

"So what do we do now?", he asked curiously.

"We wait", I say giving him a small smile.

We didn't have to wait a long time because his phone instantly pinged and we both looked at the phone.

What hints....?

I grinned, she was going to fall for this I was certain. I mean if she replied back in 0.1 seconds that said something right? Yeah it says she's a crazy ass person.

I invited you on a date... To show you I was interested in you not her.... I mean, if I was really still interested in that girl don't you think I would have ran after her when she left?

He replies back slowly and I read the message my eyes linger on the part that says 'if I was really interested in that girl don't you think I would have ran after her when she left', part and I wonder if it's true. My mind was constantly questioning things now and I tried to shake it away when the phone pings to let us know she's replied again.

I'm abit surprised really... I mean I really enjoyed the date after they left. Especially that kiss 😘

We read the message as I held my breath, they kissed??? I felt irritated at finding that out and I could sense that Damien was looking at me as of waiting for me to ask him about the kiss. However, I wouldn't show him that it bothered me, it wasn't as though we were dating.

He replied tapping his fingers on the keyboard with;

Me too, wanna repeat that, and hang out? 😏

I was resisting the urge to roll my eyes as he typed in the message and pressed sent.

Sure, I'll show you what you've missed out on😉 meet me at my place in an hour x

Damien looked up at me grinning clearly realizing I was irritated.

"Well it's done I'll be meeting her in an hour", he said.

"Seemed like you're going to be having sex in an hour not meeting", I scoffed rolling eyes.

"You're the one that gave me this idea", he exclaimed trying to hold back a chuckle.

"I didn't say you couldn't have sex with her in all honesty I don't care", I said crossing my arms together to show that I didn't care when I clearly did.

"Okay princess, you look cute when your jealous", he teased.

"I'm not jealous, get over yourself", I replied rolling my eyes.

"Just remember we're doing this to expose her, I don't have any feelings for that girl", he said seriously.

"I never said you had feelings for her boy, and I know we're doing this to expose her. I'm the one that planned this after all", I said laughing as I smack him in the head.

"Ow", he said scowling at me as he rubbed his head.

"You know I've been on such an emotional rollercoaster it's time to be a bitch and teach her a fucking lesson", I give him a mischievous smile.

"We're going to expose her don't worry", he smiled back.

"Oh honey, I'm not worried at all. In fact, she should be worried because with how she's screwed my over these last couple of years she's got a big surprise coming her way", I say grinning.

"What are you up to?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

"I've already told you the plan", I say innocently.

He didn't seem convinced but he shrugged his shoulders in reply but I knew secretly I had only told him half of the plan, the other would be to purely satisfy and distinguish the anger that boiled up inside me every time I heard her name.

The other half, would teach her not to mess with me ever again.

The other half was called revenge.
