"I just randomly burst out laughing sometimes at no particular reason."

"Well I don't see her anywhere Bonnie," Damon mused as he downed his glass of champagne, "It sucks organising all of this when the special guest doesn't even bother to show up."

Bonnie looked over to a bored Damon and the Mikaelson family who were so obviously worried but hid it behind fake smiles and champagne. "You're an ass you know that right... she did nothing to you and you killed her brother for no reason." She spat, anger coursing through her veins for her fair headed friend.

Damon hummed, "Tomato, tomato. Klaus has done plenty to Elena...and Stefan." Damon said taking another glass of champagne and walking over to the mayor who was standing idly.

Bonnie walked over to Caroline who was equally as uncomfortable, "Remind me why we are here?"She asked smiling slightly to which Caroline stopped looking over her shoulder to look at Bonnie. "Urg I have no idea. "She said annoyed, "Klaus has been looking at me all night and it's so weird. Why Elena wanted to come, I have no idea."Just then Elijah tapped his glass with a fork that made a high pitch clinking sound.

"Could everyone gather please," Elijah said on the top of the staircase as the rest of the Mikaelson family joined him, "Welcome, thank you for joining us. You know-"He started but he was cut off by the front door that opened abruptly. The clicking and clacking sound on heels on the marble floor resonated throughout the hall. In walked the twins, a bored expression on Ever's face and a smirk on Pan's. The Mikaelson family all stood static as their long lost that they haven't seen in decades, walked through the hallway and onto the stairs, Ever on his right arm.

Elijah restarted with an excited smile that played on his lips. "You know, whenever my dear sister and brother brings our family together like this, it's tradition for us to commence the evening with a dance." He said as Ever glared at everyone in the room, for all she knew that anyone of them could've caused the death of her much-loved brother.

Damon turned to Stefan who was on his left, "Do you see who I see?" He said, startled with Ever's changed appearance.

"Oh, yeah."Stefan brooded.

"Tonight's pick is a centuries-old waltz, so if all of you could please find yourselves a partner, please join us in the ballroom," Elijah said motioning to the ballroom and everyone filed into the ballroom leaving the Mikaelson family.

"Pan."Rebekah said first, hugging the life out of the 17 year old boy, "It's really you."

After a quick hug, and a few tears, they followed the rest of their guest into the ballroom ready to dance. Ever partnered with Pan. As they spinner around, Ever couldn't help but notice the fearful glances everyone was giving her and her brother. Those scared lookes made her feel nothing, not terrified that one person didn't like her, she felt nothing... and that felt good.

As they switch partners Elena was switched to Pans skinny arms. "Hello doppelgänger." He said in an eerie voice that made Elena shiver. "I'm glad you could make it, I almost thought my message didn't get to you." He whispered in her ear

Elena widened her eyes, her breath hitches in her throat. "You..."she started but it was too late, as they changed partners.

Ever however wasn't having much fun, she wanted those who harmed her brother gone so when she twirled into Damon Salvatore's arms she decided she would play a little game with him to amuse herself with.

"Damon, how nice to see you," her voice using the same eerie sound as Pan's "how are you?" She asked tilting her head.

"Good, new style?"he smirked, trying to hide that he was absolutely terrified of this angelic looking girl that acted more like lucifer than Castiel. "Very sexy." He said meowing. To which Ever burst out laughing like a mad man which startled the dancing partners next to her. Like a switch she stopped laughing immediately and her face turned more into an American psycho face.

"Tell me, how's Enzo doing?" She asked as a flash of surprise and fear flashed across his face. But before he could respond, she was whisked away by a new partner.
