I know that I'm stuck so deep in the friend zone, but sometimes I actually like just being her friend. The word friend makes me feel like I got punched in the stomach most of the time, but she's a good one to me, and I'd like to think I'm a pretty good one to her. It's nice to have a friend who just likes hanging out at home and talking, as opposed to going out and drinking. I finally feel like she genuinely likes me, and thinks I'm genuinely funny, and genuinely enjoys my company. I feel like I can trust her, and she trusts me too.
