Karen's POV

5 months later...

"What do you want to eat?" Tanong ni Mikko habang nanunuod kami ng movie sa kwarto niya.

"Hmm... gusto ko ng chocolate, bilhan mo ako, please?" Being pregnant is really hard. Oras-oras nag-ccrave ako sa kahit anong pumasok sa isip ko. Feeling ko tuloy I am gaining too much weight na.

"Okay, just wait here." Ini-spoil pa ako ng lalaking 'to.

I grinned to his response.

"Thank you!" He pecked on my lips before he reached for the key of his car.

He never failed to do his responsibilities as a father of our child kahit pa busy siya sa med school. Siya ang lagi sumasama sa akin tuwing may check-up ako at nagbabantay sa amin ng baby everytime Mikko's not around.

For the past 7 months of my pregnancy, maraming na nangyari at nakaalam sa pagbubuntis ko. Including my parents and Lola Glen even though hindi sila sang-ayon sa pagbabalikan namin ni Mikko because of the baby but later on, hindi na rin nila ako pinilit pakasalan si Jerome if that is my decision. For them, nothing would change. I am still their daughter and they will support me and be on my side no matter what happens.

"If being with Mikko is the only way that can make you happy, then fine. We are not going to stop you now, Karen." My mom said 4 months ago. Para akong nabunutan ng tinik sa lalamunan after that.

Alam na rin ng fans ang pagbubuntis ko at alam na rin nila kung sino ang ama. Jerome and I decided to publicized it after I graduated college, which was 3 months ago. Nagulat ang lahat sa announcement ko through social media and as expected, they all gone wild. Sari-saring reactions and na-receive ko from fans gano'n din si Jerome at Mikko. Yes, it did affect Empires' career but MS Entertainment being the most powerful entertainment company, did something to cover up the issue until it was completely forgotten, or at least lessen its negative effects to the company and Empires themselves.

After an hour of wandering around the kitchen, nakarinig ako ng ilang foot steps at humming. Dumating na pala si Mikko galing sa grocery store.

"It's so hot outside, I'm so tired." He mumbles. He put the paper bag on the countertop before he sat on the chair in front of me.

"Sorry kung napapagod kana sa mga utos ko." I frowned.

Mikko shook his head vigorously. "No, no, no! Don't ever think that, it is the humidity outside that is making me tired." Bakit mas lalo siyang pumopogi kapag pinagpapawisan? This is unfair. Ako tumataba at humahaggard habang siya, papogi lang nang papogi.

"Why are you so handsome, Mikko?" Wait, sinabi ko 'yun?!

"Hmmm?" He gazed at me.

Napahawak ako sa bibig ko na walang kontrol.

"Errr, nothing." Thank God, he is too busy munching his apple to pay attention to me.
