"Open your mind. Absorb your surroundings- the feeling, the sound, the smell, the sight." You heard Kylo's boots clamp softly around your position, your legs folded on eachother. "What is it that you sense."

You tried your best to concentrate, but you couldnt seem to sit still "I dont see anything-"

"Use your emotions. Find the things you hate- the things you love, the things that make you content, angry."

You took a breath and set your fingertips on the cold floor, instantaneously feeling the chill up your fingers as you burrowed your eyebrows. You squeezed your eyelids shut and let out a breath, and everything became silent. Incredibly silent- it was terrifying.

"I see Hux" you couldn't hear yourself, but you knew you said it. There came a view of the ginger general, pacing around the Star Destroyer's main corridors woth his hands clipped behind his back. He seemed like he was angry about something. "I see my mother" you referred to how she had vistited you a week or two prior while you slept in your own cell. "I see Captain Phasma scolding the child-recruits..." You watched Phasma give one particular child a smack on the cheek. "And I see You." You remembered the feeling of Kylo's arms snaking around you posessively last night when you had fallen asleep in his bed. "But theres something else-" you looked harder "there is no balance. There is only the Darkness, even you. Even my mother- its all coated in blackness." You felt powerful "its calling to me-" you could begin to hear yourself "its pulling me towards it- Kylo I'm scared-" he cut you off, and when you came back to your senses you were standing up with your shoulders in his hands, and he was looking at you like he was watching you die. He seemed breathless.

"What were you doing in there." He seemed angry, but his expression was as if he was afraid he would lose you

"What do you mean?" You fidgeted you way
from him "you asked me to do it."

"I asked you to tell me what you saw!" His voice faltered to a scold, although you didnt know why

"I did!" You fired back "I-"

"You were gone for thirty minutes, Y/N. You were completely dazed, you were mumbling about my Mother!"

"No I wasn't! I told you about Hux, my mother, Phasma, You."

"And then I asked you to reach out" he seemed to soften "and you told me that you saw Leia. That she was the one that hired you to kill Snoke" he confronted you, his voice returning to that growl.

"Kylo!" You cried out, feeling the tears down your face "please dont be angry with me, I just-"

"You lied to me!" He said, heartbroken as his voice began to crack "you got in touch with the Force and you told me the truth. Why couldn't you tell me this before?"

"You would have been angry" you protested

"Its a little late for that now." Kylo growled.

"You have to understand. I didn't know you like how I know you now. I hated you, I just-" you could feel tears down your cheeks "I just-"

"You lied. Thats all you did. You supported the enemy! You betrayed me!" He yelled

"No I didn't!" You shrieked back "I was just a child back then. It was a year ago, Kylo. I was a Bounty Hunter and I didn't care about anything but myself." You didn't know why you were crying, but it hurt to see Kylo shake his head and turn away from you

"You couldn't even tell me the truth? Not even after what I've done for you?"

Now, usually you would have been angry with him and begin to rant about how he too kept things from you, but you had been through so much the past few weeks that you couldnt bring yourself to do anythung but cry. "Im sorry" you croaked out
