"Gosh, look what you did!" You complained as you viewed yourself in the mirror, tracing over the dozens of reddish blue bruises along your neck, colarbones, breasts, and chest. They were obvious to anybody who looked.

You turned and walked over to Kylo, who was already standing outside the door with a smug smile plastered across his face

"I was supposed to go to a council meeting with Cardinal today!" You whined, slapping his bare skin playfully as he let out a laugh "now everybody is going to see them!" He grabbed your hands and raised them above your head

"Let them see!" He raised his eyebrows, intertwining your fingers " let everybody know what I did to you. "

You shook your head, disgusted "No way. I don't want people to think I'm some whore"

He flinched "You're not a whore, Y/N. I'll rend whoever speaks of it apart."

" Kylo Ren that is not how we deal with our problems! " You said dramatically.

"It was when you butchered Shai and Maul" he asserted, leaving you defeated.

"That was because it was to save your life" you pulled your arms down and looked at the bandage on his shoulder "How's your wound"

"Its nothing" he shook his head

"You know you don't have to play Mister Tough Guy with me" you perched an eyebrow as he cocked his head to the side

"I don't know what you're talking about" he added

You shook your head. "alright then. Shouldn't you be getting ready for the meeting?"

" No, " he replied "I don't usually attend battle meetings, they're not my top priority"

" But aren't you Supreme Leader? " You taunted

"Yes, but the Supreme Leader doesn't focus on war as much as he focusses on the Force and the uprising of the Dark Side."

"But you don't have any apprentice to train. Cardinal is just a human and Rey is-- well Rey is Rey." You smiled, remembering your adventure with her almost an entire year prior. She has the fire of a Resistance fighter, that was for sure. "So what Force do you have to focus on?"

" I'll explain more after your meeting" he finished and kissed your head, grabbing his old, less dramatic black cape from the closet beside you and wrapping it around your shoulders "If you're as self-conscious as you say" he explained. You smiled, immediately detecting Kylo's scent from the fabric.
He looked down at you and finished clipping the long drapes together, before taking a step back to admire you and your obviously too long cape.

"The cape makes you seem tiny" he pointed out

"Probably because you are so tall" you raised your eyebrows, then remembered that you still had to be going to your meeting

"Do you know how to get to the council room?" He questioned

"No idea!" You exclaimed " I'll figure it out "

"You will get lost." He decided " Cardinal told me about your. . . Adventurous endeavor around the ship"

"He snitched?" You dropped your jaw and stomped your foot like a child

"He did." Kylo replied simply " I'll take you. But I advise you to remember the way, because these meetings may become a regular occurrence if you continue pitching these war strategies"

"Hmm," you narrowed your eyes " exciting. The Supreme Leader's woman making executive decisions"

"We will discuss your placement after your meeting. I have some important things to talk to you about" he commented "however, you're going to be late. It's unprofessional"
