"No I'm gonna teach it the Force!" You giggled, running away from him. You wondered if anybody heard you two, for the last hour you had been laughing and running around nonstop. You ran straight ahead but we're quickly met with the realization that you were stuck in a dead end, and the Dark navy grey walls blocked you from going anywhere
"You don't even understand the Force!" He replied, and you snapped your head around to smile at him as he made his way closer to you "the last time you used it you murdered my Commander!" He said it as a joke , but the room grew silent.
Not that it was entirely lost on you, you had tried your best to not think about that day. Now you worried he was angry with you, but you quickly came to your senses. In that moment that Parnia was killed, Kylo ignited his lightsaber. He wanted to kill him too.
"I didn't mean it like that-- I--"
"Teach me." You commanded as he became so close that he was looming over you to the point that you had to bend your neck back to see him.
"I'm not a good teacher, Y/N." He wrapped both of his palms under your hair and around your neck, then went on for a kiss
"Kylo" You stopped abruptly, and he pulled away worriedly, staring back at you like you were a wounded animal about to die. "Why didn't I know I had the Force a long time ago?" You asked dryly and watched the relief wash over his face
"I couldn't tell you. It's different in different people. Luke Skywalker took nineteen years to realize his abilities" he shrugged slightly " it took Rey nineteen years"
"And you?"
"I knew." He took a sigh and turned around, pacing back to the bed frame with you following behind him intently, now decided on hearing the rest of the story
He turned and sat down on the edge of the bed, and you followed and sat down beside him. He didn't even look at you
"My mother never told me. She tried to keep it a secret."
" Why would she do that? " You asked, thinking back to your old memories of Leia and how kind and open she was to you.
"She didn't want me to know that I was Darth Vader's grandson. She kept the greatest secret from me" he kept staring straight ahead, pretending to be interested in the wall. You could see his fists clench.
"She wanted to keep you safe; maybe she thought that if you didn't know you wouldn't be persuaded to the Darkness so easily." You stated at him but he shook his head
"She didn't want me to be as powerful as I am. She was scared of it."
"You were her son! Of course she wouldn't want You to join the Dark Side" You persisted, and his head snapped to you. You immediately regretted your words but did not try to take them back
"She sent me off to my Uncle because she couldn't handle me." He said simply, not angry.
"She sent you to Luke because she thought he could get through to you! Because she knew you were turning. She had known it since you were in the womb!"
He flinched, and then have you a glare
"How do you know this?"
You immediately sat back down from your eager position and your lips parted slightly. You didn't mean for your information to slip out, but if it meant that he would see his mother in a different perspective then it was worth it.
"I mean. . ." You trailed off, looking down in shame
" You had some kind of intimate talk with me mother? "
