Nova woke up to the sound of screaming. She couldn't tell what was going on. Only that her head felt like it was snapped into two with blood tickling down along with her wounds from the battle were covered in dried blood.

She squinted her eyes trying to adjust from the brightness. All she could remember was Thanos coming and he threw her and shattered her spear.

Nova slowly stood up seeing Thor and Steve stand across from each other.

"Where did he go?"

Thor didn't respond only looking down in disbelief.

"Thor?" Nova softly groaned making her way towards them.

The God shook his head at Nova,"He did it."
Nova scrunched her eyebrows confused until she realized what it all meant.

She gasped covering her mouth,"Steve?" Bucky called out coming toward him. Rogers hurried up to him but as soon as he came close Bucky fell down turning into ash.

Nova widened her eyes. Her eyes must've been playing tricks on her but as she tried to blink she still saw a pile of ash flying away. Her eyes couldn't believe what she had just saw.

Then this is what she realized. If Thanos did it then half of the population of Earth would vanish just like that,"Oh god T'Challa!" She yelled rushing away from her friends to go look for him.

"Okoye! T'Challa!" She screamed almost tripping but continued to stumble hurrying to find them,"T'Challa! Okoye!"

At the sound of her voice Okoye rose up seeing Nova look down at the General in relief,"Okoye come on we have to get up!"

"Nova! General!"

The agent looked at T'Challa in relief,"Up, up general this is no place to die. Nova be careful" he said noticing her weak state but as she tried to touch his hand T'Challa suddenly vanished turning to ash.

Nova breath got caught in her throat seeing her King no longer in front of him. Only a pile of his ash flying away from the two.

Okoye quickly got up with a scared look on her face gripping onto Nova,"No, no, no he has to be here. He can't be dead. T'Challa!" The Agent cried out afraid.

"T'Challa! T'Challa!" She repeated leaving Okoye walking very weakly forward,"T'Challa!" She yelled tears leaving her eyes.

Okoye began to yell in Wakandian hearing Rodhney call out to Sam. Nova sobbed loudly her heart feeling pained with needles stabbing it over repeatedly it hurt to even breath properly,"No! You promised you wouldn't leave me again" she whispered.

"T'Challa!"

What if he was officially gone? He wasn't going to come back like before. Because she just saw his own ashes fall to the ground.

The avengers all formed staring at each other with sadness in their eyes.

Nova with all her might screamed to the top of her lungs trying to fight the pain of breathing and processing all the same.

"Is this really the end?"
