While the Avengers were throwing a party for Loki's scepter, Nova calmly made a entrance wearing her long elegant silky cream white dress that showed her chest skin with it cut on the right side of her leg. She wore white heels with her hair extremely curly feeling confident in her skin.

Many individuals glanced at her way. She could feel their eyes on her. But it wasn't something she wasn't unfamiliar with.

She playfully smirked making her way to the bar where Natasha and Banner were flirting. Nova knew at the back of her head she was gonna give a hard time to Banner if going after her best friend.

But hey if the two were happy then thats all that made Nova happy.

"Hand me a drink will you Bruce" Nova said breaking the conversation.

Bruce nodded,"Yeah, yeah, sure" he replied handing her a glass of vodka. She smiled in thanks and took her glass.

In all honestly Nova wasn't into parties. She would rather be at the training room practicing on her weapons skills. But Nat of course said no to the idea and dragged her here.

But deep down there was no use being here. No guy had the courage to swoon her over. Everyone knew how the Fury family was. Tough, and not to be messed with.

Besides the agent didn't just want some guy. She wanted a particular one. If he could remember her.

With the party dying down with only the Avengers and Tony Stark's best friend here she watched at the side the guys trying to lift up Thor's hammer.

"Just represent pull!" Rodney yelled at Tony.

Nova laughed shaking her head amused. This team was definitely full of kids.

"Nat, Super Nov wanna try?" Stark questioned.

Nat immediately declined with Nova agreeing. She wasn't going to set herself for failure. Especially when it came to that hammer thing. After all she's definitely lost count of how many lives she's killed.

"What are you thinking about?" Natasha suddenly questioned. Nova felt her heart semi jump turning to Nat who she hadn't notice come over.

"Nothing" Nova shrugged.

Natasha grinned nudging her side,"Ooh are you thinking about your prince?"

Nova rolled her eyes,"Haha very funny. I honestly am questioning what made me tell you this secret"

Nova had told her secret crush to Natasha years ago, and still hadn't given up on teasing her.

"You love me that's why" Natasha smirked clinging her fourth glass of alcohol to hers.

The avengers turned to the girls curious when hearing about "Novas prince."

"Super Nova has a prince? Who? Like from the stories of princesses?" Tony questioned,"Is super nov a secret princess?" He teased.

Steve sighed at Tony's immaturity. Thor instead smiled walking up to Nova, harshly patting her back to her small body.

"It seems like our grumpy young friend has finally found love" he spoke proudly.

Nova slightly winced at the pat and moved to the couches so Thor could no longer pat her.

"It's just someone I met a long time ago" Nova brushed off.

Natasha took her seat next to Nova and shook her head,"Come on he asked for your name before you left. No guy does that unless they're interested"

"Nat we were kids when that happened. Kids are naturally curious" Nova argued. She highly doubted her crush still remembered her.

Steve shook his head agreeing with Natasha,"I'm sure he'll remember you Nova" he began.

The agent turned to the super solider. Steve smiled giving her a smile that was full of assurance,"How can I trust that?" Nova asked as Clint wrapped his arm around her.

Clint has her lean her head on his shoulder as he was the one to answer her question,"You don't. Just have hope. If he can see what we see in you then I promise you that he still thinks about you til this day."

Nova looked up at her brother figure and couldn't contain a smile as she went back into leaning on his arm with Natasha leaning on hers.
