Jimin's game was easy.

Usually, the boy isn't mean.

At least, that's what he thinks.

He just likes to tease. And he really likes to play with people. The situation he got her in on the train was the best way to start.

That night, Jimin thought hard about what kind of person he'll be like to her, lying under the thin white sheets in his dark room. Mean? Rude? Playful? Oh...

Oh.

I think I'll be all.

The next morning was hell.

Seulgi woke up with the bright Sunday sun glaring at her. The sunlight bounced off her brown irises and she immediately went to cover her head with the white feather pillow beneath her head.

Where am I?

She scanned the room, and upon finding literally nothing aside from her mostly unpacked suitcase and backpack in the corner, it occurred to her.

Oh. Right.

Remembering that she's wasn't alone in the apartment, the brunette tied her messy hair into an even messier bun before heading to the bathroom.

After brushing her teeth and showering, she decided to go and make herself some breakfast. Maybe some toast. She made her bed, the grey sheets satisfyingly listening to her and straightening up as she went. Leaving the room, she shut the door.

The living space was empty and the kitchen was deathly quiet, were it not for the light beams scattered across the furniture, she would think that the place was abandoned. There was no sign of life, no photos, or memories. Nothing. Just plain, old, basic furniture.

The door to Jimin's room was slightly ajar and Seulgi went to take a peek. She craned her neck to see if there was anyone in there, her hand on the doorknob, but only to see that the bed was empty. Messy, but empty.

Suddenly, the door was pulled back in a jerky movement, causing Seulgi to fling forwards. With a thud, two bodies were on the floor: a blushing girl, and a furious boy.

"What are you doing?" Jimin growled, rolling her off of him roughly. "What did you want to see Seulgi?" He spat.

"N-Nothing, I-"

"Save it." The blond grumbled, his tone mean and low. He threw the towel he was using to dry his hair onto his bed and stormed into the kitchen. Seulgi pushed herself up from the floor and stomped after him.

"Are you always this grumpy?" She accused, her tone sour as she put her hands on her hips, watching as the blond frustratedly searched the refrigerator.

"Only when I have to live with a nosy, careless girl." He replied, still not looking at her. "Where's all the food in this place?" The blond complained slamming the final cupboard shut.

"Watch it you dimwit. We'll both get the blame if something breaks. And there's no food here, we literally moved in yesterday." With an eye roll, Seulgi sauntered towards the door and grabbed her keys. "I'm going out for breakfast." Reaching for the door, she was suddenly blocked by a larger, and stronger, body. "Move it Jimin."

Jimin smirked cheekily at the impatient girl while he leaned across the doorway, hands in his pockets, blocking her way.

Time to play.

"Why don't we go out together Seulgi?" Jimin bit his lower lip playfully.

"What?" She scoffed, completely thrown off. The blond knew he confused her with his sudden change in attitude, and had to bite his lip harder to stop a cheeky smile from growing.

Just what I wanted.

"Yeah, I mean I guess I was just a lil' bit grumpy yesterday after a lot of last minute packing and I'm just hungry. But I feel our friendship started off on the wrong leg."

"You mean foot?" Seulgi pushed Jimin out of the way and unlocked the door, leaving the stumbling boy with wide eyes. Shouldering her sling bag even further, she sassily strolled down the hall and towards the elevator.

The elevator dinged and as Seulgi stepped in and the door began to close, she couldn't believe that he didn't join her. With a sigh of relief, she closed her eyes and leaned against the cold metal wall of the elevator behind her, elated to finally get some time to herself.

As the cool box descended, she pulled her phone out from her bag, eager to text her friend that was staying in Seoul. The elevator suddenly stopped, but Seulgi thought nothing of it as a man entered the elevator, panting and in a familiar outfit.

"So where are we going?" Jimin asked leaning against the wall next to a brunette who's jaw was now slack. Still trying to catch his breath, he turned his head to her and closed her mouth with a slightly tanned pointer finger. Swallowing, Seulgi rolled her eyes, attempting to look annoyed, but failing miserably as she slid her phone back into the bag.

"Somewhere."

"Seriously Seulgi?" Jimin scoffed, his hands in his pockets. They both stood in front of an old rusting building, the sunlight barely getting a chance to hit the once shiny metal. "I wanted breakfast, not an adventure." Rolling his eyes, he peered to his right at the smiling girl.

"Wow, it really is as mysterious as she said." Seulgi, in awe, ignored Jimin's question. "C'mon I'm hungry."

Grabbing his hand, she dragged him into the building, the reluctance clear in his heavy steps.

Inside the building, Seulgi was careful to follow the special instructions given to her by her best friend. She wasn't here today, but this was a place she recommended the Seulgi to try. A glass door emitting a bright light stood at the end of the dusty hallway and Seulgi, still holding the bored boy's hand, ecstatically ran towards it. After pushing it open, the two stopped abruptly at the sight, both shocked.

Seulgi's heart began skipping. It was anything she'd ever dream of. The small, sunlit cafe held only about 12 people in total, making it peaceful yet so tumblr. Bright light danced on the beige chairs and sofas just like how it did back in the apartment, but it had a greater effect on her. The sight she was seeing... She loved it.

Jimin on the other hand, was just as shocked. But for another reason. There, sat on the farthest end of the little cafe sat a familiar face, across from the back of another familiar head. Suddenly, the air conditioned room didn't feel as cool as it was supposed to be. The familiar face saw the blond and cheekily winked at him, making the other head turn. His chest tightened as the second person smiled cunningly at him. The sight he was seeing...

He hated it.
