"J-Jimin." Seulgi stuttered. The way he was looking at her... It was like he wished she was dead. The room was completely silent, excluding the ticking clock and her rushing blood.

Maybe he's still trapped in that dream.

She shut the door to his room and took tentative steps towards the boy, still sitting, facing the window, but shooting lasers at her.

"Hey." She said, hope glimmering in her chest that he was still trapped and he didn't actually hate her. "Are y-you okay?"

"You." He growled, standing.

"Jimin, stop." Seulgi wished she could say that her voice was strong. She took another small step into the living room, but came to a complete stop when he began stepping angrily towards her.

"Kang Seulgi." He growled. All hope that he was half unconscious flew out the window.

"Jimin please." Her feet felt as if there were weights keeping them from moving as the towering boy stepped closer and closer and closer until he was centimetres away from her face.

"Why do you care about me?" He grumbled.

"Jimin, I thought we were over this." Exasperation was seeping into her voice despite the fear crawling across her skin.

"I've only known you for a few days." He started again, pushing her with his body until she was pressed against his door. Her fingers fumbled for the knob, but his strong hands were immediately on her, grabbing her wrists and slamming them into the wood above her head, making her flinch. "Why do you care?"

Wait.

She tried to ignore the heat of his breath on her face as she replayed his last words again.

"I've only known you for a few days. Why do you care?"

Nononononononono.

"Park Jimin." Seulgi whimpered, his tight hold on her wrists crushing her bones against the wood. "You need to wake up."

"Wake up?" He roared, pressing her wrists even harder into the door making her wince and squeeze her eyes shut. Gathering up what was left of her hope and courage in him, she opened her mouth again.

"Wake up." She whispered again, fear shaking every syllable in her words. "Wake up Jimin."

"I don't understand." His voice was lower and confusion was plastered on his face. The hold on her wrists loosened but were still kept above her head.

"Wake up." She repeated, desperate for him to figure it out. "Wake up Chim, wake up."

His face went pale as he recognised the nickname and his eyes froze on hers before his chocolate irises rolled up into his head.

Shit shit shit shit.

Seulgi immediately went for his waist, the easiest thing for her to grab as his entire body weight began falling to the ground.

Unfortunately, she was a lot smaller than him, so the force brought her slamming down with him.

Groaning from the dull pain throbbing in her forearms, she pulled the injured limbs from under him and rolled over before leaving the blond unconscious on the floor, half hoping that he wouldn't wake up any time soon.

She sprinted into her room and snatched her phone off the bed. After three rings, the receiver picked up the phone.

"Seulgi?" His voice was three octaves lower than anyone's she's ever heard, so he must've just woken up.
