After dance, Seulgi and Jungkook went out for some food, famished after an exhausting session of dancing. They decided to take the bus back to the square, but found a Burger King right outside of it, so they ate there.
"You're good. Like really good." Jungkook commented as ripped another piece of flesh from the chicken drumstick in his hand.
"Thanks, but you don't even know how hard it was for me to catch up with you. You got all the steps like that!" She snapped her left hand while also taking another piece of flesh from her chicken drumstick.
"Yeah, I did a lot of dancing when I was younger."
"Same, but damn you are good!" They both laughed and continued to eat and chat, talking about their dance pasts and their pasts in general really. The sun was already below the horizon before they decided to split the bill.
As they chatted whilst walking back in the cooling summer night breeze, Seulgi's phone suddenly rang in her dance bag. She took it out and motioned to Jungkook that she had to take it.
"Hello-?"
"Seulgi! Where are you? Are you okay? You were supposed to be home and hour ago!" The girl pulled the phone away from the loud screeching voice of her room mate.
"It's Jimin." She rolled her eyes and went back to the blond on the other end while the other boy tried to stifle a laugh. "Park Jimin! Calm your blond ass down! For heaven's sakes I'm fine!"
"I can't help but be worried! I cleaned the entire house and had an extra hour to chill and you still didn't come back. Honestly, how does your family deal with you?" To be honest, Jimin was a lot calmer now that he found out she was safe. He thought she might've been kidnapped but the evil mastermind and his apprentice.
Ahem.
"At least you've cleaned the house. I'm on the way back now, we're in the square already." She replied as the two dancers neared her apartment building doors.
"We? Are you with Joy or something?"
"Nah, she doesn't dance. I did find Jungkook there though, so he's here with me." She smiled at the awkward brunette who had pocketed his hands and was glancing around, trying to find anything to look at besides the girl in front of him.
"Jungkook?" No lie, Jimin was not entirely comfortable of her being with him, because he's associated with Taehyung. But, still, he was a pretty innocent bean.
As long as it's not Tae.
"Yeah, Jungkook. Well I'm outside. I'll be up in 2 mins." She rambled before hanging up without waiting for her room mate's reply.
"Was he worried?" Jungkook asked when he saw her drop the phone back in her neon Nike bag.
"Yeah. It's kinda cute, I mean we just met but he's still worried. It's sweet of him." Seulgi smiled t herself as a picture of the strong blond appeared in her mind, this time pacing back and forth with a worried frown etched on his face.
"Yeah." Jungkook replied flatly. He'd left the apartment with a quick shout to tell Taehyung he was leaving for dance but was only given a loud 'bye' from the boy. And he hadn't called since.
He doesn't care Jungkook, why do you?
"Where do you stay? Is it far?" Seulgi asked, noticing the sudden drop of his mood.
"Nah, I stay there. I go to the same Uni as you guys." He points to the pastel pink building on the opposite end of the square, where he and Taehyung were bunking.
