A cool January morning.
Back to school.
Ugh.
"Yo, sleeping beauty, wake up." A familiar muffled voice woke the boy, along with the sound of a toothbrush against teeth, stirring him from his sleep.
"The fu-?" He opened his eyes in slits, trying to adjust to the brightness of the sun outside. "Seulgi? What time is it?" The blond grumbled turning to his room door where Seulgi was slipping out of, her pjs still on. Sighing, he turned to press the home button on his phone, revealing a really bright screen that said 6:46.
Geez, it's like the first day of school all over again.
"Jimin!" Seulgi called from her room, after washing out the toothpaste. "Jimin get off your lazy ass, we have less than 15 minutes to get to school!"
"I'M GETTING UP!" He shouted back, sauntering into the bathroom with a sigh and smile.
At least we're on good terms.

On the other side of the square, two boys were already up and eating breakfast at their kitchen island in a pastel pink apartment.
"We had homework?!" Jungkook choked on his coffee and almost dropped his mug when Taehyung dropped the 'did you finish the homework' question.
The silver haired boy laughed and wiped the water from the corners of his mouth before placing his mug in the sink. "I'm joking, chill."
"Oh thank God." The brunet laughed following the older boys suit in putting away his dishes. "By the way you're doing the dishes tonight."
"Fuck you Jeon." Taehyung grumbled, but Jungkook could hear the smile in his words.
"I bet you'd want to." He replied with a laugh, following the silver haired boy to the shoe rack. But there was no response. Jungkook swallowed and stepped cautiously to his shoes, afraid of why he was so quiet. "Taehyung?"
"Hm?" He responded quietly, his head was bowed and his cheeks were dusted a light pink which made the brunet gasp.
"Oh my God! You do want to fuck me!" He couldn't help but laugh, but there was still a guarded edge to it, Taehyung was all powerful after all.
"Shut up!" Taehyung laughed and, without thinking, grabbed the younger boys wrist with so much force that he crashed into his chest as their lips pressed together. It was a short, meaningless kiss, but there was so much force and strength in it that when Taehyung pulled back and licked his lips, Jungkook was left gaping at him.
"T-Tae I have a girlfriend." He mumbled biting his lips that still tasted like him.
"I know." He said, voice low and tinged with shame. "Sorry."
"No, it's okay." Jungkook said making the other boys head shoot up with a cautious smile. "It's okay." He repeated, mostly to try and reassure himself.
"Okay." Taehyung replied dully as he opened the door for the two of them, lips burning.
It's not okay. They both thought as the gleaming doors of the elevator closed behind their backs.
What are you doing Tae? Taehyung thought to himself disapprovingly, peering at the brunet next to him, leaning casually against the wall of the metal box. It was wrong, but he was always one to get what he wanted- he couldn't control it.
Huh. Jungkook thought, trying not to smile as he scrolled through his messages, not paying attention to anything they said.
He licked his lips.

Jimin and Seulgi ran as fast as their legs could take them and luckily managed to reach the building at 6:57.
"Hah! We're earlier this time!" Jimin announced when he checked his phone.
"Yeah," Seulgi started, still trying to catch her breath. "By one minute." She straightened up where a couple of strands from her bangs were damp with sweat. "Now I look bad, thanks Jimin."
"You look fine, come on, there's the rest." Jimin held her wrist and pulled her over to where a bright red head was sitting along with a couple of others. Seulgi laughed, but it stopped abruptly when she spied a familiar brunet, and when she remembered what they last talked about.
"Hey guys! How was Christmas?" Jimin smiled cheerily as he plopped down next to Namjoon.
"You already know Jimin, we spent the entirety of the holidays together." Hoseok rolled his eyes playfully and stood. "You guys cut it close." The others stood from their place by the steps and started towards their classes. Following close behind Jimin, Seulgi made sure to keep her gaze to the ground and her focus on her feet. But no such luck.
"Seulgi?" She froze on the spot at the voice, making Jimin turn around.
"Seulgi are you oka-" He saw who had stopped her and she looked up at him apologetically before nodding, gesturing him to keep going. When she finally turned around, she was faced with a nervous brunet.
"Can we talk?" Jungkook said, so quietly that she might not've heard him under the sound of shuffling feet and low murmurs.
"We're gonna be late to class." She replied bluntly, right hand gripping her backpack strap.
"Later then?" He tried, hoping she would hear him out.
"Maybe." With that, the raven haired girl spun round and quickly went to her classroom, not looking back.
What Jungkook wanted to talk about was unknown to her, but there was a lingering thought that knew what he probably wanted.
He wanted to break up.
It'll be okay. Seulgi reassured herself, pushing the door open to her classroom. She thought about him breaking up, a dull ache throbbing in her chest. They'd been so distant lately, he didn't even text her to say Merry Christmas. Maybe Jimin was right. Maybe he did still like Taehyung. She sat soundlessly in her seat next to the blond, lost in her thoughts.
"... Seulgi?" She snapped back to reality to worried creases on her room mate's forehead. "You okay?"
"Yeah." She said, unsure of it. She looked into his deep eyes, the ones that contradicted his light hair and didn't deny it that there was a little shock to her heart. "Yeah, I'm okay."
I will be at least.
After I break up with him first.
