"Are you sure?" The performance was over, their three dances perfectly executed and now Jungkook and Seulgi had changed into their casual clothes, still with her make up and their hair sprayed hair. She was trying to calm him down after he told her the whole thing. He saw it in the middle of dancing, but they were lucky it didn't totally knock him off.
"I'm so sure. I didn't think it was possible." They were walking back to their apartments. It was early December so it was freezing and everything was closed. "Seulgi, they're together again. I saw it in Taehyung's eyes, and Jimin's."
She didn't know why, but the second comment knocked her a little. He had told her about how broken he was before and after Taehyung, she didn't think hey would get together. She felt disturbed, but not angry.
"Maybe we should double check. I'll ask Jimin tonight and you ask Taehyung, okay?" She intertwined her fingers with his as they reached the dim lobby of her apartment. "Be civil. Don't lose patience." She ordered gently, knowing fully well that Jungkook could take Taehyung down in a heartbeat.
"Okay." He breathed deeply, placing a sweet kiss on her lips before turning to his apartment. "See you tomorrow."
"Bye." She called out to his quickly retreating form. Not gonna lie, she was scared of what Jungkook could do.
Would do.
When she pushed her apartment door open, the lamp by their sofa was still on and Jimin was sat there in his comfy pyjamas and glasses, reading a book.
"Hey Jimin." She said with a cautious smile as he peered up from the book he was reading.
"Hey. Good job today, you danced really well." He smiled sweetly and she dropped her bag by the kitchen counter before taking a seat on the sofa. "Do you want to talk about something?" He suspected.
She hooked her right leg under her left, which she left hanging off the sofa while Jimin crossed his legs.
"Yeah. So, um," She didn't know how to start. "Our second dance. It was slow and beautiful and we were able to captivate the audience because we were able to find those we wanted to find, and draw them in." He furrowed his brows clearly confused. "Jungkook found you boys as a comfort and when he did, he saw something, at least he told me he did." Jimin tipped his head forwards, shaking it as a sign he still didn't understand. "He said he saw you and Tae holding hands."
Oh.
"Does he think we're dating again?" Jimin asked with a worried tone. When she nodded, he leaned back with a sigh. Then he remembered something. "In high school they got into a fight because Jungkook got mad that Taehyung was trying to get me back. A physical fight."
"But isn't Jungkook over Tae?" The blur girl asked.
"Seulgi, he's liked Taehyung since he was 15. I don't think he's going to get completely over him yet." Seulgi winced, thinking that her boyfriend might still by gay for another boy. "But don't worry, right now, it's probably barely anything. He does really like you. But just know there's going to be some underlying affection, platonic for Taehyung." The blond swallowed the lie, knowing that Jungkook feels more than that towards the other.
"Wait Jimin... A physical fight?" Eyes blown wide, the two of them burst out their apartment door and ran to find the other two, praying nothing bad happened.

"Are you fucking serious?!" Screamed Jungkook when he slammed through the front door. Taehyung was sat on the sofa and he'd been peacefully reading an English article on his phone when the angered boy crashed through. He'd dropped his phone and was now standing next where he was sat on the sofa, clenching his fingers into fists, terrified to say the least.
"What are you talking about? Why are you so ma-"
"You're with Jimin again? Are you serious?" Jungkook stormed towards Taehyung at the couch, stopping right in front of him.
"I am not!" Taehyung screamed back, exhausted and exasperated. "I'm not with Jimin! What makes you think that?"
"I saw you two holding hands." Jungkook accused, lowering his volume but still boiling to the brim.
"And how long did that last?" Taehyung glared at the younger boy, getting angrier by the second. Jungkook was caught, knowing that it only lasted about 2 seconds. "It was platonic you ass! I asked him for help and he obliged, he's my ex, we used to be best friends, it's not like he killed my mom or something!"
"I-" Jungkook choked on his words, cooling down at the fact that they weren't dating again. But while his anger was drained, Taehyung's was just getting started.
"Even if I was, why would you care?" He growled, low and mean. "You have Seulgi, you have more friends than me, pretty much everyone loves you, so why do you care? You have everything Jungkook! I have nothing compared to you, why do you care?" His breathing hitched as he felt a steaming feeling at his eyes, and he realised they were tears.
I am not going to cry in front of him.
Despite the tears, he managed to hold his voice steady. "I'm not with Jimin. I never will be. I don't understand why you're so mad, even if I was. Next time you should think before you accuse." He turned to storm off to his room when there were sudden sharp knocks at the door. Both boys didn't know who it was, so Jungkook went to see who was there. As soon as he pulled the door open, A body flung forwards and into his arms.
"Jungkook don- Jungkook?" Seulgi furrowed her brows, as she peered up to the boy who was a lot cooler now. She peered past his broad chest and saw Taehyung standing in front of his slightly ajar room door. They weren't at each others throats like she thought they would which relieved her. "Are you okay?" She pushed off her boyfriend and spoke to Taehyung.
"Yeah." Shit. His voice cracked and he turned into his room, slamming the door loudly in all their faces, before they could see what a mess he really was.
"What are you doing here?" Jungkook asked Seulgi. "And you?" The brunet looked past the girl to Jimin behind her.
"Remember that day you got into a bad fight with Taehyung over me?" Jimin asked. Jungkook nodded slowly and then coughed and the blond took that as a sign that he now knew why they came over.
"I didn't hurt him. At least not physically." He said softly, Seulgi taking his hands in her smaller ones.
"We heard you shouting as soon as the elevator doors opened. You're lucky no one has come to complain or call the police." Jimin said, shaking his growing blond hair out of his eyes.
"Well you guys can go now." He said heartlessly, slipping his hands out of Seulgi's before trudging to his room slowly. "Night." He closed his room door gently, leaving Jimin and Seulgi standing in their living room.
"Huh?" Seulgi felt like she was just punched after seeing how dead and emotionless Jungkook was. She sensed guilt. Maybe he does still like Taehyung. She felt a burning sensation at the bottom of her eyes but quickly brushed it away as she turned to walk back home. "Let's go Jimin."
That night, Taehyung cried, hurt by the boy next door. He wished Jungkook would take him back, but he knew it wasn't possible.
That night, Jungkook couldn't sleep, tossing and turning, disturbed by the guilt of what he had just done; hearing the broken sobs of the boy next door.
That night, Jimin slept confused, not knowing who's side he should take, Seulgi's and Jungkook's or Taehyung's. Or no one's.
That night, Seulgi didn't sleep, laying dead on the centre of her back as her mind traveled back to the deadness of her boyfriend's tone as she wondered how genuine his feeling really were to her.
That night, changed them all.
