No.

Stop it.

Please.

Those are the words that Chara kept saying. But they were pretty much worthless. He only accepts 'Yes' as an answer. He has hurt her in many ways. Even worse than last time. Even...

...

We do not speak of that.

Every time it happened, Chara would break more and more. At this point, she can't feel anything. The pain is never-ending. Everyone thinks that she has finally gone insane. But Alexander refuses to believe that.

Chara's POV

Why? Why am I still alive? Why won't they finally put me out of my misery? Those questions keep popping up in my mind. I am pretty much hopeless. Yet, there's something that keeps telling me that I'll make it. I doubt it. Why? Well...

Earlier today, a guard came up to the prison and told me, very slowly...

"When the clock strikes 3, your execution will happen."

Then, Alexander gave me a choice. Either I could marry him and live, which in it of itself is the same as being here for all eternity, or I could refuse and die. I clearly refused. Something is telling me that I will survive the execution. Impossible to happen. The hallucinations seem to be getting worse. I always see this small child coming up to me and asking me different questions, like "Are you okay?" and "What does it feel like being there?". It was a strange looking child too. It was half black with white eyes and half white with black eyes. It kept calling me different names, like "Ms. Dreemurr" and "Ms. Dreamy". Sometimes, it even called me "Mother", but it was clear that it would just slip from its mouth. Still, it brought a tear to my eye.

And then, the clock struck 3.

[Time skip, at the place of the execution.]

3rd Person POV

This was it. This was the time. The time that those fools thought they'd be serving justice. Everyone has gathered around to see the princess getting executed. Death by guillotine. Chara looked around to see all of the people that she was about to make happy. She also noticed a figure on a tower, but she thought it was just a guard. The figure seemed sad, though. As if a loved one had died.

Everything was ready. The people had gathered to see this. Chara was positioned so the guillotine would surely kill her. The people were chanting "Kill her!". The children watching were also chanting that. Some children even threw rocks at her. "Any last words?" The executioner asked. Chara sighed.

"Since when were YOU the one in control?"

And then, the blade dropped.

(Sorry for this being a short chapter, I was in a hurry and I have to study a lot so, sometimes I won't be able to update. But don't worry, I will return to the daily updates on the 6th of June. Have a nice day ((or night)), everyone!)
