Johnny.

There's that feeling you get when you're watching TV, and you wish you were there. You wish you were famous like the actors and actresses before you.

I always get that feeling. Whenever I'm watching TV, an interview, or attending a concert. I wonder why my parents never got me into acting or singing. I would've loved it.

But, my mom said that being famous isn't what it always seems. There's drama, getting "exposed" or whatever. There's a downside. Your life is put out in display for everyone to see. You rarely get any privacy. There's people who support you, and people who hate you.

My mom said reality TV is the worst of it all. People hate you for being yourself. Or for causing drama to get ratings. What's real and what's fake?

One day, my mom forced me and my sister, Lauren, to watch a show called Dance Moms with her. I thought reality TV was just for moms, but it turned out to be really entertaining. But, I realized: This is real people. They have feelings, too. And viewers are laughing at their expense. Well, the TV stars did ask to be on the show.

There were two dancers that caught my attention: Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler. I saw how their mom treated them. Mackenzie always in the shadow of her sister. Is is weird that I read into things others are oblivious to? Mom and Lauren surely didn't notice. They were just there to get a good laugh.

Not that I blame them. That's what shows are for: to entertain you. Dance Moms turned into a family ritual on weekends. Well, except for my dad. He thought it was a waste of time.

Soon, the sisters left the show to do their own stuff. I stopped watching because they left, but Mom and Lauren continued on. I stayed in my room, writing songs. Hoping something would happen to them.

Little did I know that the upcoming school year would come with surprises.

A/N: Hey guys! So I decided to republish this book because I realized it's actually really good. I know this book was out like a year ago, but please read it again! I really want to finish it and add some tea, lol. Most of the chapters will be the same, so yeah. I'm probably going to mass publish all the chapters, but
Stay tuned!
