What's A Magikarp ? (Red)

We had a rough day and were pretty tired now after all that Team Rocket crap. Here's the thing, I always get tired but Leaf do not.

We just entered a PokeCentre when a man came running to me and shouted in my ear,'Anyone wants to buy a Magikarp ? Anybody.........Nobody ?'.

His voice was very sharp and kind of broken. I survived that voice, I have no idea how.

'Magikarp ?', asked Leaf.
'It is a Pokemon. Useless I presume but it's evolution is way too powerful', I said.

The man looked at me with a look that I was going to buy one. Yeah, I was.

'Are you selling it ?', I asked.
'Actually not. It is free', said the man.
'Oh, but you have to take some money', I said. Trying to be kind.
'No', said the man.
'I insist', I said.
'Okay', he said.
'Five hundred Pokedollars ?', I asked.
'That is too much kid', he said.

I handed him the money and he handed me the Pokeball with Magikarp. I brought it out and introduced to my other Pokemon. Well, actually none of them understood what it was saying.

Someone once told me that Magikarps are pretty dumb but we have to just wait until they evolve.

It was nine o'clock and we were having dinner in the small cafeteria in the PokeCentre. The food was good but a little bit expensive.

After we had our food, Leaf was sleepy but I wasn't sleepy at all. We went upstairs to the room Nurse Joy directed us to and Leaf slept quietly on the lower bunk of a bunk bed.

It was dark and I couldn't describe the room at all. What I saw was just a bunk bed.

Then I felt a table behind me next to the bed and I kept my bag there. I removed my jacket and hung it to the chair.

There was a table lamp so I turned it on and searched for a book that I always carried in my bag.

Historical Tales, I know it sounds kiddish but they were fun to read (just don't tell Leaf). I started reading the short stories one by one.

I heard a cry of someone. It was horrible and made me drowsy. But I tried not to sleep.

It was scary as if a ghost was outside the PokeCentre. Then I made my move - probably stood by the window to see who was making it.

There was a big garden beside the PokeCentre where there were many flowers of different colours.

The bushes were big enough to hide a Motorcycle in it. Then a bush moved a bit and there were now two eyes watching me.

I was too scared that I pushed myself back from seeing it.

The sky was dark blue, filled with twinkling stars everywhere and a full moon with a little shade of red. It looked nice but after seeing those eyes the moon looked scary too.

I got a horrible feeling that someone was watching me. I looked here and there but there was no one except for Leaf in the dark room with a little moonlight.

Then the cry repeated and I looked towards the direction from where the cry was coming from.

The same bush gave the same movement and the two big eyes were seen again.

My heart sank when the eyes glared at me, I still did not see the face of the someone and tried to look without getting any attention again.

I almost saw the face when a hand tapped my shoulder and I fainted in fear.
