The Unsinkable (Red)

'You both battle, I already battled an Alolan Trainer', said Leaf.
'What ?', I said.
'I did not find anyone outside their room', said Blue.
'Same', I said.

'Well, I found someone in the girl's restroom', said Leaf.
'Gross, you battled in the washroom ?', I asked.
'No....no, no', said Leaf. 'I battled him outside'.
'You found a guy in the girl's restroom ?', said Blue.
'Hahaha', I laughed.
'No, I meant her', said Leaf.
'Okay', I said. 'What Pokémon did she had ?', I asked.
'I don't know, the Pokedex said that it had no information about it', said Leaf.
'I know, because our Pokedex is designed for only Kanto Region', I said.
'Correct', said Blue. 'Red, I surrender. I have better things to do'.

Blue went downstairs to battle Alolan trainers.

'Where does this ship go ?', I asked.
'I still don't know', said Leaf. 'Maybe he knows'.
'Who ?', I asked.

Leaf pointed at a cabin with Captain's Cabin written outside.

'Of course he knows', I said.

We went inside the Captain's Cabin. The captain was sweating and was lying on the floor. He was in a very bad condition.

'Hey, Captain', I said.
'Wat, wa-', he said, in a fainted voice.
'Wartortle ?', asked Leaf.
'No. Water', he said.

The captain was probably dehydrated. He hadn't drank water during the long journey from Alola to Kanto, which takes a lot of time. While went to bring some water, I made him sit on his chair and gave him a massage on his shoulders which made him comfortable.

Leaf got a one litre water bottle and the captain drank all of it in a flash.

'Thanks, kids', he said. 'I am glad you came'.
'You're welcome captain's, I said.
'I want to award you with this', he said and gave us a disk which looked like a TM.
'A technical machine ?', asked Leaf.
'Nope. A Hidden Machine, HM. This the HM Cut, use can use this unlimited times on certain Pokémon that gives them the power to chop down a big tree. You can't do that with a Slash attack', he said.

'So, why are we supposed to chop down trees ?', I asked.
'Um, the trees that get in your way can be cut down', he said.
'Can't we just go from the side', I said.
'What happens when two trees are side by side', he asked.
'We can still go from between the gap', I said.
'Forget all that. Just take it', he said.
'Fine', I said. 'We both can use it right ?', I asked.
'Yes, as I said. You can use it unlimited times', he said.

'Where does the ship go ?', I asked.
'Oh, I almost forgot. It's time', he said.

The Captain started rotating the ship's wheel which is used to control the direction. The ship started moving.

'Where does this ship go ?', asked Leaf, rudely.
'Oh, it goes back to Alolan, will come back in a year's, he said.
'Stop it, we have to get off', I said.
'Can't do that's, he said.

We ran downstairs towards the exit but the security guard refused us to get off.

We went on the deck and jumped off the moving ship.

'That was close', said Leaf.
'Thank god', I said.

We walked back to the PokeCenter. It was raining heavily. We slowly tip-toed in the PokeCenter without making it muddy because of our shoes.

'The steamship, Anne was claimed unsinkable but it sank today. The bad news is that Lieutenant Surge had a two million Pokedollar loss and cannot put money this year for the Kanto Charity Trust. The good news is, most of the passengers survived. The passengers who did not are, Pokémon Trainer Ash from Pallet Town; Pewter Gym Leader Brock and Cerulean Gym Leader Misty', said the news reporter.

'I feel bad about those people', I said.
'Hey, did they say Misty and Brock ?', asked Leaf.
'Wait,Blue was still on the ship, right ?', I said, worrying about Blue.
'Oh-no', said Leaf.

I wished Blue was okay. I worried about him more than I ever did. Leaf was feeling bad about it but I felt worse.

Was he okay ? Were the other passengers who are considered drown, were okay ? I wished that everyone was fine on the ship and nobody had to suffer the tragedy.

But now, Blue was more important than a Gym Battle.......
