'Hey, Professor Oak', I said.
I called up Professor Oak to ask him about things that I couldn't talk about in front of Blue. Blue can be disturbing sometimes.
'Red, I am glad to see you. Tell me why did you call ?', asked Professor Oak.
Professor wore his usual lab coat but it had mud stains and his hair were straightened upwards. Oak was getting younger as he grew old, I thought.
'First tell me, what's up with you', I said, laughing at the Professor.
'Nothing, your Jolteon seems to like me, that's all', said Oak.
'Did Jolteon do that to you ?', I asked.
Leaf came out of nowhere. 'Hey... Professor ? Did someone punch you ?'.
'No, Jolteon did that to him', I said.
'Was that sarcasm ?', asked Leaf.
'No, seriously', I said.
Leaf laughed continuously, Professor Oak became angry. Suddenly, he was zapped by something.
'Jolteon, stop doing that. Come back', said Professor Oak. Jolteon went inside the Pokeball, maybe now he wouldn't disturb Professor Oak.
'So, why did you call me ?', asked Oak.
'Yeah, regarding Jolteon', I said.
'Yes you can have him back', said Professor, keeping Jolteon's Pokeball on the Pokeball transferring machine.
'No, I don't want him back right now', I said. 'But want to tell you something about him'.
'What ?', asked Oak.
'In Celadon City, a guy handed me Eevee's Pokeball saying that he can't keep it anymore and thought I was Eevee's trainer', I said.
'So, Jolteon is not yours ?', asked Oak.
'No, when Leaf scanned for his information..', I said.
'I'll tell him, I scanned for Eevee's info, it displayed - caught in Violet City, trainer Red, it even had Red's trainer I.D', said Leaf.
Professor Oak's expressions went from confused to surprised.
'And the most confusing thing is the date', said Leaf.
'What ?', asked Oak.
'March 7, 2014', said Leaf.
Professor Oak's face went blank. 'That's impossible'. He smiled.
'Check it now', I said. 'Just scan Jolteon and see his information'.
Leaf shook her head in agreement and I turned off the PC.
'Was it right to tell Oak about Jolteon ?', I asked.
'Yes, it kind of was', said Leaf. 'For how long were you gonna hide it from others ?'.
'I think you're right', I said.
An announcement was made by the Receptionist saying,'Trainer Leaf, please go to the Stadium, your match will start in a few minutes'.
'Best of luck', I said. 'And I have hopes for you - that you don't win, ha, ha, ha'.
'Your sarcasm can be seen on your face', said Leaf. 'And thanks for wishing for me'.
Leaf rushed towards the Stadium. I walked to the Stadium to see her match. I wanted her to win. But I still wanted myself to be the Champion.
I watched Leaf's stupid battle, and she won, as I expected from her. Never underestimate Leaf, she could make the Hulk bleed (nah, not really).
