Aurora, the Lapras (Red)

I and Leaf waited for our Pokemons to restore health. Pikachu was poisoned, confused and injured at the same time.

We were worried about him. Chansies were doing their best to cure them.

Nurse Joy walked out of the room and said ,'Pikachu is alright, he'll be back to normal in a few hours'.

'Thank you very much, Nurse Joy', I said.

'Team Rocket really is a mess', said Leaf.

'Team Rocket ? I thought they shut down their organisation in Kanto Region after what happened in Silph Co. Tower', said Nurse Joy.

Leaf and I smiled at each other.

'No, they didn't', I said.

When Pikachu was back to normal, we thanked Nurse Joy and continued on Route Twelve.

'Are you sure we're going on the right track again ? Cause we ended up in a forest the last time', said Leaf.

'Yeah, we're going on the right track. There is a diversional path somewhere here, which was shown in the PokeCentre's map', I said.

'Okay', said Leaf.

And as I said there was a diversional route.

A Street Sign said - The Silent Bridge.

'Is that supposed to mean something's, asked Leaf.

'The Silent Bridge ? What, people don't talk there or something ?', I said.

'Come on, let's go', said Leaf.

As Leaf walked ahead of me, Pikachu followed her sniffing the yellow wood bridge.

Suddenly, he pointed towards a crowd on the bridge.

'Pika', he said, in a disturbed tone.

'Oh no', said Leaf.

A huge banner was tied to a lamp pole that said - Fishing Competition. It had few more stuff to read like time and prize.

'Wanna participate ?', asked Leaf.

'No, of course not. That thing sucks', I said.

I used to go fishing with my dad in Pallet Town. The Kanto Sea wasn't far from Pallet.

'It would be fun', said Leaf.

'Alright', I said.

Leaf quickly bought two tickets and we continued in.

On the tickets were some rules written.

'Hey, it says that we can use our Pokemons', I said.

'Water Pokemons', corrected Leaf.

'Water Pokemons ?', I shouted. 'Are you kidding me ?'.

'What's wrong ?', asked Leaf.

'You know I sent Wartortle and Magikarp back to Oak', I said.

'Why would you do that ?', asked Leaf.

'I have nine Pokemons and have to keep switching Pokemons. Unlike you who doesn't change Pokemons even when you have more than ten', I argued.

'You two, stop fighting like idiots', said Blue, walking out of nowhere.

'Blue ?', I said. 'How come you're here ?'.

'Just walking by. I wonder who will participate in such a stupid competition', he said.

'Uh-yeah', said Leaf. 'We are participating'.
