The Cruel Tentacruel (Red)

The ferry stopped near an island, I didn't know why. Bill walked up to me and said ,'The ferry would be here for a while. It has some leakage, so the sailor is checking that. You could come down to the island to explore it too'.

'Okay. Which island is this anyway ?', I asked, not at all caring about reaching home on time.

'It doesn't have a name but you could find many water Pokemon here', said Bill.

'Water Pokémon ? Great, I'll love to see new Pokemon too', I said.

I ran down, followed by Bill. Leaf and Sabrina already stood on the beach, observing some Pokemon.

The Pokemon crawled on its four noodle like legs and had an orangish color.

I pointed the Pokedex.

'Krabby, a River Crab Pokémon. It can be found near the sea. The large pincers grow back if they are torn out of their sockets', explained the Pokedex.

'Isn't it cute ?', asked Leaf, with a voice in which you talk to pets.

'Cute ?', I said. 'That's something only you would say. This Pokemon is ugly if you ask me'.

Sabrina looked at me making her eyes glowed purple.

'What did you say ?', asked Sabrina, in an angry tone.

I walked two steps back with a fear that shell slam me back inside the ground or throw me in the water.

Then I walked forward, filled with anger.

'What are you ? Her bodyguard or something ? You don't decide what I think', I said, I was in so much rage that I didn't know what I was saying.

'Red, you can't talk to her like that's, said Leaf, with the same angry tone.

'Oh, now you're taking her side', I said. 'You know what, continue watching those douchebag Pokemon, I'll just make my way to Pallet Town on my own'.

Bill walked down the ferry and stretched his legs and arms and took a deep yawn.

'I'm outta here, Bill. Thanks for help, take those two with you', I said.

I walked away from them along the shore. The tides were too low and the sun set slowly into the Kanto Ocean.

Suddenly, a huge Pokemon emerged from water and walked towards me. It had huge tentacles and a blue hexagonal face with two red eyes-like things that weren't eyes for sure.

I looked at it continuously and it started at me quietly.

I got a dramatic feeling, the weather changed, dark clouds filled the sky with a little sunlight coming from a gap between the clouds giving a tyndal effect.

The beach was ghost-quiet and the wave slowly rose higher.

I thought the Pokemon was friendly but suddenly when I reached my hand in the pocket to get the Pokedex and check what the Pokemon was.

It pushed me away using it's large sticky tentacles and I fell down with some borax-like thing in my jacket.

'Why would you do that ?', I asked, with a sudden growth of frustration.

It just walked away from me, leaving me confused. My complacency overcame me.

I followed the Pokemon and quickly pointed the Pokedex towards it.

'Tentacruel, a Jellyfish Pokemon. It has 80 tentacles that move about freely. They can sting, causing poisoning and sharp, stabbing pain', explained to Pokedex.

The Tentacruel walked using it's large tentacles into the forest in the centre of the island. The forest wasn't dense, it was made of swamps and deciduous trees.

I followed the Tentacruel into the forest. It walked through the swamps, I had to go around the swamps, which was a huge task.

Tentacruel stopped near a lake, which seemed to be the core of the island. The lake's water looked cleaner than that of the swamp or even the ocean.

Tentacruel made a strange screeching noise and many Pokemon cane out of the lake.

I pointed the Pokedex to all of them at once. The Pokedex displayed all if their pictures along with names all at once.

Golduck, Seel, Seadra, Goldeen, Seaking, Horsea and Kingmer were some Pokemon in the lake. There were some Magikarps and Poliwhirls too.

The Tentacruel stood there like a boss and all of the Pokemon present in the lake were tossing food for the Tentacruel.

A Magikarp came and had nothing. Suddenly, the Tentacruel, using it's slimy tentacles slammed the Magikarp twenty feet away outside the water.

'Hey', I shouted.

All the Pokemon in the lake stared at me, probably thinking - is this guy crazy ?

The Tentacruel looked at me and advanced.

'Go Pikachu', I said. 'Use Thunderbolt'.

Suddenly, a net came and all the water Pokemon were trapped. The net was attached to a thick rope which was attached to a truck.

As the truck went away, the Pokemon were drifted away as well.

Meanwhile, I fought the outrageous Tentacruel and wasted my time.

Tentacruel used Hydro Pump.

'Pikachu, finish this. Use Thunder', I said.

Pikachu used Thunder and Tentacruel fainted. I ran towards the direction of the truck and followed the path it made, Pikachu followed me.

The tracks led us to the beach. The truck was standing there and two people were attaching the rope to a boat, so that they could drag the Pokemon with them.

'Hey, who are you ?', I shouted from a distance. I walked further and their recognised their old faces.

'Prepare for trouble', said Cassidy.

'And make it double', said Butch.

'To protect the world from devastation'.
'To unite the people within our nation'.
'To denounce the evils of truth and love'.
'To extend our reach to the stars above'.
'Cassidy'.
'And Butch'.
'Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light'.
'Surrender now or prepare to fight'.

'Team Rocket, you guys again ?', I said. 'Leave those Pokemons alone'.

'No', said Cassidy. 'But we are leaving you alone'.

'Hasta la vista', said Butch.

They sat in the boat and began to go away when suddenly Tentacruel came from nowhere and used Hydro Pump.

The boat turned upside down. Tentacruel used it's tentacles and grabbed hold of all the Pokemon.

'Whoa', I said.

Cassidy and Butch swam out from the water to the beach.

'Pikachu, use Thunderbolt', I said.

Pikachu zapped them with his Thunderbolt.

'We're blasting off again', said both.

I looked at Tentacruel and it looked towards me, but this time, it didn't slam me into the ground. It waved and walked back to the lake. All the water Pokémon were obeying the Tentacruel as if it was their leader or master. I learned that even if you're angry at someone, you would want to forgive that person and move on, especially if it's a friend. I waved to all the Pokemon I met and jogged towards the beach.

'Where were you ?', asked Leaf.

'Uh, jogging ?', I said.

'Red, I'm really sorry for being bossy or Leaf's bodyguard as you say. I'm really sorry', said Sabrina.

'That's fine, s*it happens', I said.

'Are you gonna come aboard or wanna spent the weekend here ?', asked Bill.

We laughed and walked into the ferry.
