I woke up the next day because I heard ruckus in the bathroom in Matt's room. Susie let me sleep with him in his hotel room with Ralph because she checked out of ours and was gonna stay back at the house with David. So even though it was awkward for Ralph, Matt and I slept in the same bed and shared space. I almost roomed with Cruise and Emilio but Matt didn't exactly love the idea.

"I'll get her up and tell her we'll be down by Pickett," I heard Matt say, but I still had my eyes closed and I turned over. I felt a couple taps on my arm before opening my eyes and smiling. Matt was in a white tank top and jeans and his hair was still messy.

"Hey, good morning," he said.

"Hi," he have me a kiss and grinned.

"We're gonna be all over town today.

We'll be shooting scenes everywhere. Do you think you can get up and come with us?" He said. Truth of the matter was that I felt like shit and it would take me twice as long to get ready now because of my lack of mobility.

"I don't know.... I don't think so... Should I?"

"No, no! You don't have to. You can stay in bed today but you've got to come by tonight. Patrick's gonna be with you during the day, but,um, tonight, we'll pick you up, okay?"

"Okay."

"So we're gonna head out. Ralph, you ready, man?"

"Yeah."

"Ok. We'll see you down there tonight, okay?" Matt stood up from his squat.

"Okay."

"Let's go, man," Matt said to Ralph. Ralph went by the door.

"Bye!" Ralph said.

"Bye! Feel better!" Matt said before shutting the door behind him.

"You know I'm fine, Patrick," I said to him. He lowered his glasses and newspaper.

"Yeah, I know, baby. It's just a precaution," he said.

"Oh I know, but it seems weird," I said.

"Yeah.... What did you and Matt talk about? In terms of moving in?" Patrick asked. I sat up in bed.

"He was talking about this apartment his brother found down in manhattan that's not that bad and it's a good price. So we're gonna visit it soon and see if we want it," I said.

"Are you sure you're okay with traveling that much if you're not with Matt?"

"I think so... I'll see how I am soon," I said.

"Look, I know it looks gloomy now, but this has been a miracle. I don't think I've heard of anyone under the age of fifty having one, let alone surviving one. Just remember that's just amazing," he said.

"I guess..."

"You're one of the strongest people I know..."

I smiled.

"Thanks, Patrick. It means a lot," I said. He got up from the chair and sat on my bed.

"If you need to stay with me and Lisa if you need to. She'll love you," He said.

"Thanks," I said as he wrapped me in a hug.
